i really cant wrap my head around the fact that this is over 50 years old... this is my favorite album of all time and its sad that ill never see them play live... most of my music heroes are from that era
This was mine, I remember last November all my basketball teammates and I went to Best Buy to buy some headphones for the basketball season, and I got a pair of airpod pros, since then I just been listening to a bunch of iconic albums with them, and this album I listened to for the first time because I recognized the cover of it, my dad had a poster of it in the garage growing up, and this was the first song I listened to, it’s crazy, now they’re in my top 3 favorite bands ever. It’s amazing, the lyrics, the way the music makes you feel is very crazy especially this song, hearing the heartbeat in the beginning was a scary feeling when I first heard it and now it’s one of the reasons I come back to this song. It’s amazing.
Man this is awesome. Just sitting in my room late at night with just this on my mind makes me lose track of all time and anything I’m worried about. It really takes me to a different, happier place
Not quite yet. Dark Side of the Moon was released 1973. Can't wait for the celebration of the 50th anniversary. Can you imagine the merch they'll be pushing? I'm in 💎
You know whats crazy, im one of the very few people who like this kind of music in my school. None of friends like this kind of music, but my homeroom teacher loves pinkfloyd so i talk to him everyday about our music. Im gonna miss him but i cant wait to have guitar class with him next school year
Wow. I love this pairing! Some other slowed down versions truly stuck to listen to. THIS..is beautiful. A great addition to my playlist as I conquer my medical treatments. Perfect distraction ✌. Many thanks 🎶🎸💎
This clip from Alice in Wonderland reminds me of my first DMT trip. It was pure darkness, but in the distance, I saw a pebble. I realized it wasn't a pebble, when roots started to grow and it grew into a plant, which then blossomed into a beautiful white chrysanthemum flower. The flower wilted and died. I was reminded of the mortality of being human and how precious our limited time is. Pink Floyd reminds me of what is important in life. Thank you

Damn beautiful friend, a miracle of life & only thing better is seeing the sun rise or fall over the ocean or over a lake & forest.
It's so strange to think this could be some people's introduction to Pink Floyd
Why so?

Piano and slide in great gig in sky is heaven
In great gig in the sky, the singer literally used her voice as an instrument to make an amazing vocal solo that will be remembered forever!
Her name was Clare Tory.
