🤣🤣....Schneider isn't bad I started with them. Most megacarriers pay low initially but if u do what u have to do then you can get on a dedicated account, and it's day and night. Schneider probably has the best training in the industry as well.
I'm with JoyRide Logistics, making $1,635 gross salary company driver weekly pay. I started on 1/22/2024 with JoyRide dry van company over the road truck driver. Take in bank $1,303.97 weekly net pay. Plus, I get $575 monthly safe driving bonus consistently. Drive a dedicated route with dry van easy safe lane from Goodyear AZ to Lamirada, CA. Then, I pick up an Amazon load back to Phoenix AZ. Loads are lightweight with only a dirt truck parking lot in Phoenix Arizona. They are empty cans of Monster energy drinks or Sprite. Plus, I drive the lower west coast from Goodyear Arizona to Lamirada, California, where driving all year is safe away from the bad weather potential to avoid accidents and traffic jams! Truck I'm driving is a Freightliner Cascadia white color 2022 with 157,767 low miles with medium-sized Whirlpool refrigerator, APU, and TV mount, governed at 74 mph automatic transmission. I'm saving $1k a week to buy my own truck. I'm thinking of working at JoyRide for the next 2 years until I get my own truck. I enjoyed working with ATS.
Thank you for sharing your experience with JoyRide Logistics! It's always valuable to hear firsthand experiences like yours when considering the best trucking companies to work for in 2024. Wishing you continued success and safe travels on the road!
Maverick Transportation and Decker Truck Line are both well-regarded in the trucking industry for different reasons. Maverick is known for its emphasis on safety and driver training, which can be a big plus if you're looking for a supportive environment to develop your skills. They also often offer good equipment and competitive pay rates. Decker Truck Line, on the other hand, is praised for its variety of driving opportunities, including flatbed, refrigerated, and dry van divisions. They tend to have a strong focus on driver satisfaction and also provide performance bonuses, which can boost your earnings. Both companies have their strengths, so the best choice might depend on what aspects of a trucking job are most important to you, such as the type of freight you prefer to haul, potential earnings, or the quality of training and support.
Valid point! Determining the "best" trucking companies can be subjective and depends on a variety of factors. Reputation, as you mentioned, plays an important role. We have to consider individual experiences, industry rankings, and factors like pay, benefits, and work-life balance. Have you had specific negative experiences with any of these companies, or are there others you would recommend based on a positive experience?
What companies did we miss this year?
Boy u lost me when u said Schneider lol
I've heard Schneider just pays low and very strict. Other than that they're ok.

I'm surprised you didn't include Maverick Transportation.
Maverick made our top list last year and they've certainly set high standards in the industry.
Halvor Lines is a class act company. You're part of the family on day one. Amazing company to start with. They even fly you to training and back home.
That's great to hear about your positive experience with Halvor Lines!
Hello nice video please which of the companies are in saskatchewan Regina.
I believe there's a Bison Transport around there and they've been on many of our lists. Hope this helps!
J B hunt ,
Bison>> Really??? You lost all credibility with me there!
What's your experience with Bison?
What nominated these as best to drive for? Some of them have the worst reputation in the business.

Just another paid recruiter. If you're not doing 100k per year. Then it's not a good carrier.
