Those wheels are at least 2" too big, and the all screen dashboard is hideous imho, it just doesn't give off a luxury vibe anymore. I think it looks goid but would be better without the fake exhausts and with a traditional grill and star on the bonnet, which might be available in some trims if it's like before. The panoramic moonroof would look better if Merc painted the entire roof black around the wind screen and rear window. Here in the states, Lexus does that on its ES 350 in Ultra Luxury trim.

This is exatcly what all brands should be doing ( building new models with all three options petrol diesel and hybrid engines) to the consumer to choose but given the fact of the limitations on emissions EUROPE is doing not many brands cant do this and try to force buyers and factories to buy/build eletrics not even caring if we can afford or not... and worst of all this is literally ruining almost all brands of cars... this is a true gem in this chaotic world of cars...
The EQE (Mercedes) is a much better option in every way as long as you don’t drive hundreds of kms every day, which is the vast majority of people. The average distance people drive from home to work is just from 30 to 60 kilometers (20 to 40 miles) per day. Charging just one day per week is more than enough. Furthermore, EVs offer benefits like much lower operating costs and reduced taxes, reduced emissions, amazing performance and a very smooth driving experience.
If most people drive that much of a distance, wouldn't the e300 e be a better option? The new e300e offer around 60-65miles on a charge. Why buy the eqe then?
Exhaust tail pipes look fake. Wheels are too large for opening. Dashboard is somewhat dated. Seats are hard, therefore sitting for extended time, hurts bottom and lower back.
Why do all car reviewer use "i think the designer sneezed when..." (in this case, the rear lights)? Come on guys it was slightly amusing 5 years ago, surely you can come up with something newer? Glitzy, tacky, over engineered with totally unnecessary ridiculous electronics....it'll fall to bits in about 3 years....buy one of these and you'll get to know the dealerships mechanic by first name.....
And will probably last longer... My S212 is on 400k miles and sweet. I also bought a newer S213, it's very nice to be in, but so many issues with it I've had to fix at large expense. The 212 I have spent 200 quid on repairs in the 4 years I have had it and I bought it with 305k on the clock. The 213 only has 115k on it and lots of issues. Failed rockers, failed air suspension, a failed headlight, failed rear sensors, and when the timing chain needs doing it's an engine out job and £1500+
@@SteveN-pw4dj Interesting. My car did have a problem with the (rear) air suspension bags leaking, though intermittently (not uncommon with the S212). Then the compressor (which had been working overtime) failed, and took out a major fuse with it. The total repair was expensive, but some of that was down to me not replacing the air bags sooner. In every other respect the car continues to be brilliant.

excellent choice of background music
9:29 The G80 from Genesis isn’t petrol only. There’s the 2.5T petrol yes but there’s also a 2.2 diesel in the range plus the BEV.

The Audi A6 holds up pretty well. The dual screen cockpit still looks futuristic and in black edition spec it looks the business.

I enjoyed watching the Video Review, more stylish than the New BMW 5 Series 😊

Sorry ur opinion on styling is irrelevant, economy Diesel costs more so what are the mpg ? Review lacked real data felt a bit of a lazy review
😊
All the newer Merc designs just look so chintzy now, inside and out! That Merc class died out a long time ago.
For the S Class, the rot set in with the W220. Ir wasn't fit to lick the W140's boots.

This e class is a very good car 👍🏻

Too many excess tech gizmos to go wrong - and when they do (and they do) they are REALLY costly to fix - if you can get the parts.
i hate automobile channel which shows no importance to rear seat comfort
The grill looks awkward and only looks good if the car is dark in colour.
Great review. I drive a S212 which I love - physical controls for everything. This new E Class has (imo) a Korean nose and a Chevvy tail - pity.
