coach...can you break down the different types of triple option out of the flexbone....like...i hear you speak of "mid triple"...how does that compare to "regular" triple? are their other forms of triple option out their?

There's Triple and Mid Triple. I actually just realized today that I've never done a video on Mid triple....so that's on the way. They're similar except MT reads further inside and uses ML footwork

Flipping the line doesn't work how you mentioned it. It's used in the wingt for repetition. It can't be a give away to a DC because unlike the flexbone the wing t had plays only ran to the strength because it's not an even formation. So if I run buck to the right. Then flip my formation to the other side the DC can't do anything special because I just might run belly to the left

Hey coach - I've seen a few different things called Mid Iso - so it would depend on exactly what we're looking at. You can reach me easier on Twitter and/or email

@@Flexbone101 I got rid of all my social media during the past year haha. The football staff is encouraging me to get Twitter for football reasons. I’ll have to do that. Having so many different terminologies is difficult but mine would be where wing motions like we are running triple plants and lead blocks through the outside shoulder of the read key for the quarter back if he pulls. If that makes sense?
