How did u make the paper glow? Does it have to be special paper? Or did u push something? I have tried several times with a random paper looking close to yours, but either the whole paper is visible or its not visible at all. I need to paper toppings to glow like yours.

t dosent change the colour to pink and cyan

You need to rasterize the text layer. Right click the layer then select Rasterzie Type
I'm so confused, why did your text turn back to white at about 1:53? Is there a white text on top of the Pink? I'm unclear on the layering
If you look at the layers and listen to the click you would notice that I turned the layer beneath the pink layer (the cyan layer) back on. Thus the cyan and pink layer together showed as white until i changed their positions on the artboard. It's a classic glitch technique, you will find it all over youtube. I hope the explanation helped ❤
I know how confusing it can be if you're a beginner, try seeing some more glitch tutorials and try doing them step by step exactly and it will eventually "click". Don't be discouraged keep going at it ❤
