To clarify, it has to be reapplied every time it gets wet and this is our rainy season. Over 25 inches just this month. The moisture here just means they thrive.
I feel your pain! I’m out every morning scooping those buggers up and putting them in coffee cans to DIE. So far in two weeks I have filled 3 coffee cans. 😜 I am using halved oranges, and it’s working pretty good, but the place where they were in droves was on the cat poop, thoughtfully buried by the neighbor’s cat. 😼 🤢🤮 Well, even though that attracted the rollie-pollies, I sure won’t want kitty crapping in my garden. 😹 I will try the potato in my garden. I swear, they are multiplying faster than I can gather! They take out my beans every time, and all I hear from RUclips gardeners is “Beans are SO EASY to grow!” 😤 I’m going to starve at this rate. Thankfully I have a friend with tons of oranges, otherwise using them is way too pricey.
They are horrendous this year. 😒
Great video!
Apply diatomaceous earth on suspect areas, (which will also help control slugs)
Tried it. Doesn't work here.
