Ur post is what I just went threw. My husband of 25 yrs never saw me. He was mentally abusive and physical when he drank. We got sober together we lost our oldest son 21yrs old. I begged my husband to see me. He didn't I told him I was dyeing inside so empty so alone he said go kill urself. I did leave him. Now he cares my divorce is ready for him to sign then were done. I feel so bad to think I hurt him but he didn't care how I felt in past. Its hard to move on. I was with him since i was 15. I feel lost without him but free without him also. Im tore. It makes me question love....or what we call love.

This song pretty much got me over from a closet best friend who ignored me for 6 months over her boyfriend. I seriously waited and waited for her to come round to my house, which she planned. I felt so terrible. I got so depressed and now I feel lonely without her anymore. So I used this song to cry to. I now can't trust anyone and or tell anyone. They seriously laugh, when I am a very sensitive person when it comes to stuff like this. I wanted just to have 1 day with her, I couldn't cope with speaking to her through Facebook. Oh god, the moments when I cried at this. I cried in bed, I couldn't focus on school. I wanted to call her. She ignored everything, she sometimes ignored my messages. Then I said, "I won't be able forgive you." We are not friends anymore. She messages me apologizing me on my own Birthday, on important events, it made me feel worse because it just reminded me and look extremely obvious that she barely tried to. Her messages got smaller and smaller, she messaged my mum 3 times. Until I finally said to her, "Just leave me alone." I haven't heard of her since. It does sound like I was being harsh but she was the only friend I knew for 10 years, how could I forgive something like that? I want some time to experience new friends. She made me cry, feel isolated, feel afraid and still is from the outside world. Heck I only have not many friends in real life. Besides, she changed on not only me but on other people, she made rumours, she got caught for fraud, she was flirting to males on IMVU and Facebook Roleplay accounts. I still is trying to get over it to this day and hearing this song, just makes me want to cry out my feelings and it basically matches on my silly problem. This is what true music is, it isn't just about friendship but love as well.
(I didn't have a romance attraction to her at all, I was just only worried about loosing a close friend.) If you read this, then thank you for reading. But if you ever have a problem with someone who ignored you, just don't try to pay much attention to it. I used to, but now I really just think its better to stride on forward. Trust me, I'm still trying to do this.

I remember hearing this on the radio for the first time. I didn't know much about the band but I fell in love with the soft, emotional acoustic then the chorus overlaid with a harsher vocal track. The lyrics reflect an emotionally distraught individual's thoughts perfectly and makes his plight extremely relatable. This is good, well done music.

This song is for two people I considered my best friends. One I was friends with when I was little. Then we grew apart and then we got to high school and she became one of my biggest bullies. Obviously I'm no longer friends with her on Facebook so I have no idea how she is now, now that we're out of high school. Then the other person was my best friend up until high school. And she started hanging out with the in-crowd, popular people. She got a new best friend in that, and basically left. I'm still friends with her on Facebook but we never talk. Both situations really sucked. Having your ex best friend become your bully, and your other ex best friend gradually leave you for the more popular kids. So glad to be out of high school now and grown up. Happy that people are more mature and don't care about popularity anymore.

I used to feel broken all the time. One day I just woke up and thought "Wow. I've been through a bunch of bullshit, but I'm going to let that one person tear me apart?" and now I don't feel like I feel any pain over anything anymore. When I feel upset, I think of the word "nothing" and what it means, and realize that's what I feel. In the future, they're just going to be another person. Don't be brought down for the rest of your life by some person that only cut you down in the end.

Na, it's all about him...and what he did to my heart..but it's ok...ive found the most wonderful guy and I never thought I would...I love the song tho, it's a good jam...regardless...
I'm very sorry that happened to you. My ex husband did the same thing to me. The drugs, stealing, you name it, and eventually telling me I was nothing, after 13 years together and 3 kids. This song is says everything.

I'm here because my friends have yet again planned a get together without me or inviting me or even letting me know about it this time a birthday party of my closest friend with all my friends invited except me i even got her a present but now I'm just looking at there posts of them having fun staring at my present and heartfelt birthday card

Man, same thing. My bestfriend betrayed me and made up lies about me to get the girl that I loved so much. We were workmates and used to hang out almost everyday. He knew that me and the girl have an intimate relationship and he also knew that she was so special to me and that she was in love with me. We seperated in January and now she's pregnant and they're about to get married this month. Tough times but our lives won't end here.
