- Today we are in Sinaloa Mexico, to be exact we're in Mazatlán on reforma. I'm going to take you guys on the ultimate Sinaloa Mexican street food tour starting with the papa loca, chorreadas, vampiro, quesadilla, and torta. The thing about Mexico is when you change cities or states the food changes. The taste and presentation change completely however even from stall to stall the changes come into effect. The street food is so diverse that you will never be able to try them all. Today I'm going to show you the top 5 Mexican street food dishes that you will find in Mazatlán Sinaloa Mexico.
