    This one is great. I was just thinking about how there is no thicken or soild offset command when the video started and there you have it, you scripted it. Going to give this one a go. Thankyou

      I did your workflow today to make a thickening node, then I realised it's already in pufferfish. The good thing is I think I understand a little more about how to make a node now.

      Thanks for the comments. Yes, that's right, this tutorial serves more as an introduction to scripting a custom component in Grasshopper. In general, we would recommend first checking out already available add-ons, depending on your specific needs.
