I am not satisfied with your prescription. Also you have not given importance to thermal of the case. Both hot and chilly drug prescribed to a patient.

Natrum mur is thirsty. Patient is thirstless. You have not mentioned the thermal of patient chilly, hot ambithermal.
If you select similimum,then what is the need of 2 ,3 rd remedy... Polypharmacy not compatible with similimum...
