Leveling has a catch-up mechanic. If the average level of the server is above you, you get more experience. Works the other way too... You really have to no life to be just a level or two above the average level.

Pretty sure it tanked hard after that. I used to play a fat dude names Ogre in the clan Beers and titties. We went ti war with a RUclipsr that was the biggest one for the game at the time. We had so much fun.

for using the source code of ark survival evolved. basically the end result was snail games became the publisher for the game. and if you have been following ark news, snail games is severely in debt, like 8 million dollars worth of debt so this was likely the only reason it was allowed to rerelease

The lawsuit was filed by the studio that created ark now I'm not legally a lawyer but I've studied law for 8 years did you know in crimal cases you have too prove without doubt in civil case you only have too prove the possibility so you have 50 50 chance in civil suits the studio that created ark sued them because they were mad at them for leaving there studio and creating one under there noses and th e y lied and said they stole code they settled for nothing and placed a gag order that means they only sued them to try and destroy the launch of the game to try and break the studio so that tells me the devs that came out saying how horrible ark studio is is true
And FYI Angela's studios could have counter sued and won probably tens too hundreds of millions of dollars for them destroying there launch and they didn't because all they cared about was truely launching there game

Yes they could have they destroyed there launch myth of empire sales were sky rocketing then bam lawsuit the only reason it got into court was too due the digital finger print for coders there was similarities in someone's code if asks devs won there studio name would be in myth of empires rights they aren't they made claims of false information knowing it was false Angela studio did counter sue but as soon as arks studio realize it wasn't going anywhere they settled for a gag order and Angela' gaming agreed so they could move forward with there game and I've won 3 lawsuits 2 against jails and I help a friend so yes suits do work that way

@@Kausten The game can be played offline too, no P2W unless you're doing a PvP server or don't want to grind and just want the Horse Armor.
