Dear Faizan thanks for a valuable question, Soil salinity can be reduced but it takes time and very expensive as well:
1 - Need to improve water channels.
2 - Avoid flood irrigation.
3 - Increase Organic matter in soil.
4- Arrange drain out channels.
5- Use mulching
etc.
