I love how they mixed a more hyperpop style with the abrupt end, there is so much going on and there, suddently there is nothing, the song ended, you didn't even realize it was about to end, it just does, so you want to go back to it, which also matches the song concept perfectly.
So true! Also, I didn't look how long the song was before first watching and when it was over I thought "Wait, it's over already?" and was certain it was under 3 minutes and ready to complain. Then I looked at the time and realised I was just so lost in the song lol. So good!

@@hanihoney03 motivating and inspiring is a bit different than intense and deep though, songs written like this are more thought provoking of a feeling, and alot of people like that.
The "romantic" bridge is common in NCT 127, these title tracks, apart from saying they are above the haters and whatnot, and encouraging us to fimd ourselves too amd dont care about our toxic surroundings, it refers to NCT members being there for us, and caring 💚
First of all, THANK YOU for your reaction. You are one of the fascinating and open-minded reactors. The way you express your thoughts, theories, feelings.. Argh! I can say with confidence that it ALWAYS resonates in my mind and soul. Secondly, as a metal head, as a person who loves both metal and k-pop music, I've always admired the discography of NCT 127. For me, they are the ONLY ONES of their KIND in the industry: the flow, the sound, the ideas, the story behind the music. They remind me of a lite version of Hollywood Undead, Blue Stahli, NEFFEX, Limp Bizkit (because of Mark and Taeyong's rap style). Like ilichilzen, I'm so proud of them. I really like how they grow every year and try new ways of sounding. Their messages are clear and strong because we know that many people don't understand neo music and popularity in general. And, yes, Ay-Yo is a song that I fell in love with from the first listening, and I can say that this song has the potential to become their best song in many ways. So, thank you again. Thank you for your love of music, for your openness. You're the man! LY.
P.S. I know they are more an electronic k-pop group (EDM-trap, hyperpop, hip-hop), but I just love some heavy interpretations of their songs, I like to find some similarities with my favorite metal/rap-rocks bands. That's it.
You mentioned Limp Bizkit I always trynna figure who they actually sound like you are right they have sms vibe to it. Which is what I love about them also they are always challenging bringing something new and unique no one else does before it's structure jarr complex but slowly the way it gets addictive it's like chef kiss
They are the KINGS OF VARIATIONS AND CHANGING TRENDS and this song is so dope..only the NEOS could do this dame well...the song is so unpredictable....the rap the vocal the visuals the styling the beats it's damn addicting🐰💚💚💚 and thank you for your honest opinion finally some honest reaction...keep going
This is my favorite 127 title track since Punch. Then again KENZIE, Adrian McKinnon, and Demjointz worked on this together so it was always going to be special
I love how these lyrics are such a deep social commentary, and also how they partner with the commentary underlining 2 baddies too. Both go so well together lyrically and intentionally.
It’s really cool how this song has so many layers! They look absolutely gorgeous, the rap is insane, their beautiful voices are mesmerizing, the swag is overflowing, and the lyrics make you want to get up and take command of your life immediately. The boys really outdid themselves. Shoutout to the producers and videographers also.
Your lyrical interpretation and analysis of the concept is AMAZING, subscribed. NCT 127 changed the way I listen to music, Sticker shocked me, I just couldn't believe how much I came to love it as I began to sonically understood it. I think they have some of the best producers and writers and arrangers and mixers working with them in the industry, but what makes them so great is their DELIVERY of the material. I don't think anyone can do it like them. Thank you for your reaction. Ay Yo is crazy. I think it was Sticker that made us nctzens really believe they had changed the landscape with their new (neo music) and Ay Yo has really cemented that.
Omg I love the way you explain the music video especially the lyrics, it really makes me realize that the lyrics is encouraging, I got life lesson too😆
thank you very much for your analyse of the song! It makes so much more sense to me now and I'm going to appreciate the song even more!! Ay-Yo is SUCH a bop!! and Taeyong as a baddie is soooo iconic
I think this is one of my favorite reactions so far hehe the interpretations seem to be very fitting to 127 themselves I feel like they're at a point perhaps in their career in which they've had people tell them to just be conventional but they always stay true to themselves and I love how people are comparing how this feels similar to limitless great vid!!
You finally helped me place the sexy all night long bridge with the rest of the lyric and story analysis - OK! So like, they are saying, hey - do it like us, we have a plan, it's going to be hard - but if you remain unscarred what will change tomorrow? And then it goes into that section! Like reassuring the person who is scared of going toward this divergent path that they have GOT YOU. It's pretty cool! So I'm so glad I watched another react to this, I know you'll always say something valuable :)
From the lyrics and music, I can feel their passion getting crazier. They deserve it all for their hard work. I'm so happy that they finally put out a song whose music is more acceptable to global fans. Thank you, DG. Your music and lyrics analysis is always great, and I look forward to it...👍👍
I liked hearing what you thought of the lyrics. When you get a chance if you haven't already check out Steve aoki- love you more and monsta x- you can't hold my heart
You're very good at expressing your thoughts on the lyrics. I love it. First time seeing your channel from this song, the band I love, and I love your voice. It's so cool. I'll keep following you.
I love the take on the mv, lyrics and in general the whole commentary! One of the only reactors where the pauses don’t annoy me hahahaha thanks for the great video x
i think there is a connection between this MV and Tri-angle MV, the SMCU lore. You can see the binary codes in Tri-Angle MV, that relates to NCT as hackers, as in connection between this world (actually virtual, fake) and the real one (like we saw in the Sticker comeback teasers). It's very related to the Matrix trilogy concept. Ot is no coimcidence that TY and Changmin wear that hairstyle and TY being in that red space surrounded By weir landscape.. with machines?... Red being TVXQ! official color
Ahhh i loveee your reaction! you always react and share your opinion honestly which is really cool and fun to watch. And i really love your interpretation of Ay-yo!
Thank you for your reaction. You are so articulate in analyzing the lyrics and your references to Jungwoo's guns and Mark's hip thrusts are hilarious. I hope some of the members of NCT 127 see this video. You really get the Neo vibe.
Always enjoy your reactions! Thank you for another awesome one! I really love this song it's so cool and so NCT127 Just gotta say that as someone who also tend to think a bit deeper when is comes to the meaning behind things, i really like and appreciate that you take your time and analyze and explain, it just gets my mind going and i love it! Have a great day/night and keep being you! See you in the next reaction!
I love your reaction. You always understand the meaning of lyrics and the representation in MVs soooooo well! This is the song about NCT, like some of their songs such as the 7th Sense and Simon Says. I think Taeyong in black with the spiky hair symbolizes the NEOness of NCT that sometimes looks too intimidating at first. In this song they call out to us to break away from the conventional and come to the vast universe of their music where anything wild and experimental is possible and we in any place of the world can “resonate”. NCT has a solid philosophical theory behind (for example about the meaning of colors that often appear in their MVs) and I am sure you will enjoy their concept videos (SM_NCT #1-3 and NCTmentary EP 1-5)!
The scene where Jaehyun is in front of a few Televisions, he is wearing the black glasses looking at us and whisteling, meaning (like the glasses in men in black that protects them from getting brainwashed) he doesn't give a f, it's unaffected by what others (media, haters, the system...) babbles
yesssssss NCT 127 seem to be like the connection between the real (actually virtual- fake) world and the "other" (actual real world - maybe SM core related, kwangya etc). But overall it's again the references to the Matrix trilogy, just like NEO was like the connection between those 2 "worlds" and trying to wake up and save those humans in the "real-fake" world. That tunnel visual to me is like symbol of the connection. That concept of the zen, levitation, etc is also in the The Matrix lore, you need to focus on yourself, to reconnect yourself, see the truth and wake up!!! In the Sticker comeback, the teasers before Sticker actually showed them as hackers in one space working with technology... and then they turn off the security cameras as in changing to the actual virtual reality... SuperM also has references to the The Matrix lore. The SuperM teasers before their debut, and specially their MV One (Monster+Infinity).. All connected to SM Universe... Aespa lore....
I'm still confused by the romantic interlude myself... 😄 other than maybe that section is directed at czennie? But I'm impressed with your lyrics breakdown. The floating Yuta screams enlightenment. 😂 The other two new songs are friggin' great as well... I thought 'DJ' would be my favorite since it's got that chill funk vibe, which is right up my alley... but I've had 'Skyscraper' on repeat and have been hype af this whole morning! 🤣🤣💚💚
Thanks a lot for your reaction!!! OH MY NCT BOYS! The experimental KINGS of kpop! they are one of a kind, always bringing something unique to the table. their songs may not be always for everyone, but they are always the most fun and interesting to analyze and dissect from a musical perspective, every time they drop a track, all eyes are on them and their music opens discussions that echoes in the whole kpop community, which is also a huge source of hate. They're probably the kpop group with the most haters. They're admirable for not backing down from their concept of experimentality, though, despite the controversies. A paradigm is a typical example or pattern of something, so my interpretation of the song is - are we ready to achieve our highest potential by breaking out of the normal patterns and be who we are regardless of who or what society tells us we have to be... (even if it gives some people a headache) 😋
