I love the original signature G3 dolls, but I'm just SO happy about the direction they're going with the new Clawdeen and Draculaura. It feels more true to their original G1 dolls, and a little edgier, while somehow keeping the cuter style of G3. Clawdeen feels like more of a fashionista again.
The new core clawdeens brush is the brush howleen gives her in the series :3

Clawdeen was my absolute favorite when I was younger like I dressed up as her for Halloween it was that serious. So seeing her finally get some justice in g3 is very nice to see!

I love the new Clawdeen’s makeup, freckles, and accessories. She looks amazing. I’m not really into the outfit, but it is a lot better than the other g3. I can’t wait to see her after the boil wash. That hair is gorgeous!
Let's just be honest, she's everything and beyond. Regarding her g3 remake in general, I wish she were more on the punk rock side than the sports one. i wish the purple they chose for her makeup, jacket and shoes was more of a warmer purple. it looks too blue to me and i don't like blue on clawdeen

I have to say that I adore the new refresh doll, especially the hair and clothes. But, hear me out, the face and make-up I prefer the first core doll. I re-did her and she looks stunning. Maybe I also love more of the natural tones because that is what I also do for my make-up on a daily basis
Oh my god, I love everything about this doll, I'll miss the color palette of Clawdeen core 1 but this one is beautiful, I love her outfit and her hair and your video was sooooo fun to watch.😊

I don't like the very barbie extra looking jacket but I like her makeup, hair, and presentation are much better than the core Clawdeen. I can't wait for the entire refresh line.
Its hard not to like this doll. Its hard not to buy any of these great doll brands. It adds up.. I have more than planned and two more coming today with the sale on the Madison twins yesterday.. I need to step slow.. I want our grandkids to be able to enjoy them when they visit...

I need this core wave so bad!! I always have to be picky these days about Clawdeen so I only ever get the ones I know I'll regret not getting ever since the discovery of poly but this? No debate! Love her much better! Her fearidescent, monsterball, and this second core are my absolute favorite versions of her.

Def 1000% better than the og core (still love those though) THE LONG SARAN!! And the hair blend? Yes. I personally love the outfit lol can’t wait for the Frankie I how they do their doll justice.
The reason they say her jacket looks like Barbie Extra , it's because Barbie Extra #6 and #8 have similar jackets to this one, but overaall I like the jacket it's really fun.

The first doll I prefer the necklace,shoes and belt. But the new one is pretty cute. I think the sleeves could do without the extra fur. And I think they should make the pants a long pants or shorts with tights. They missed an opportunity do give her distressed clothing. She is a werewolf. So you would think she would have that.

The accessories are nice & detailed. You could use those with any doll !
I have mixed feelings... Not a fan of her tbh. I don't like the cyan accents, the makeup and the outfit. At least they painted Crescent's nose this time

the difference between g1 and g3 is that g3 overuses patterns to make up for budget constraints when it comes to shoes and accesories it seems like. but g3 >>>>>
hmm... opinion might change but as of now, aside from the hair and accessories, I think I prefer her first doll a little more. Not too big on the cool purple colors or cyan on clawdeen.

im also really loving how both the clawdeen and draculaura core refreshes have books im hoping they keep that up with the other refreshes
the journals were one of my favorite things from g1 glad theyre bringing it back
mine's head is loose? like it slides down her neck and I'm not sure why. It can sit in place but if you put any pressure on it, it slides down. For the inevitable controversy, I am very gentle and do not man-handle my dolls, she came in box with almost no neck and I had to pull her head back up.

Also, this goes for all of them ACROSS THE LINE NO MATTER CHARACTER, but Clawdeen, Frankie, Toralei, and Draculaura, seem to be the greatest offenders. Heck even Skulltimate Secrets Cleo, of the ugly printed on pattern/designs on their clothes that have visual lines going through as to break up the pattern and just looks super, duper, ooper, cheap. Plus this Clawdeen's MH sports coat with essentially faux feather boa sleeves it looks like to me, though they were going for fur, which is an off choice for a character WHO IS PRETTY MUCH ALL FUR from head to toe. Clawdeen was alllllways (not unlike Cleo in the G1 universe where I used to happily live and breathe) with the best clothes/style/taste... not they have become parodies of themselves, it is so freakin bad!
