Even if your team loses here these are the type of competitive games you hope for in the NFL. The only time I want to see a blowout is when it is my team winning. When I don’t care who wins I love watching games like this. Granted I am a cowboys fan and this game had me on the edge of my seat from start to finish.

I’m a Steelers fan and I give the cowboys credit for this game. Both teams played well but the cowboys offense outplayed the Steelers defense in the end so the cowboys deserve that game

I agree that the tailgate and social aspect is the only good thing about the NFL.. but come on 11 minutes of action out of a 3 hour broadcast.. that is ridiculous.. Ain't nobody got time for that. Just watch Soccer. 45 minutes of non stop action, 15 min. halftime, then 45 more minutes of nonstop action.. No commercials or breaks.

I am a typical American boy that grew up loving and playing football.. After my playing days were over and it was down to watching it I fell out of love with it. I don't have the patience it is extremely boring.. Nothing is boring about soccer. It is total nonstop action from beginning to end.

I was at this game. I still go back and watch the highlights. Getting that win in Pittsburgh as a Cowboys fan from Pennsylvania still is one of the best experiences in my life.

These are the 1st and 2nd biggest fanbases and it is a great game.
This is easily the greatest game I've ever watched as a Cowboys fan. Us against our old school classic AFC Rivals the Steelers in Pittsburgh. We were having an amazing season and this game definitely showed that. Those lead changes in the 4th quarter had everyone on the edge of their seat. The way we ended up winning, I will NEVER forget that. Can NEVER forget watching this game live and remembering the feelings that I got. Only way to top something like this would be if it happened in the playoffs.

I've probably seen this recap at least 100 times...
That was a great game. Never seen a game quite like it. Both teams played their hearts out. It really could have easily gone either way at the end there. It was such a nail biter. I'm glad my Cowboys won, but Pittsburgh played a dam good game as well, and I hope the Cowboys beat the Ravens next week to make up for this game to Steelers fans

Immortal King I'm no Steeler fan. I actually rooted against them but it looked to me the refs were horrible on both sides. The push off by Dez in the first was instead called on steelers for some odd reason. There were two missed PI's on the Cowboys that would have given Pitt the ball first and goal. And of course there were missed facemask by the Steelers that went uncalled. If it was one sided I'd say in favor of Cowboys. I actually think they cost Shitzburgh the game. pains me to say.
But Dallas is the real deal either way and I'm betting on a Dallas vs Pat superbowl.

That game was lost in many different ways but a 2 point conversion is way down on the list. DCP PAP, made a good point but I believe the big play at the end of the 1st Q. to Elliot! A Screen pass that goes 80 yards when your up 12-3, man that will take the wind out of the sails. Still Steelers went back up twice and Defense didn't hold them, good game but MY Steelers folded. O yeah, the TD to Dez Bryant wasn't cool either another big play. Can't give up big plays for TD's and kick field goals in return. Good Game, best all year in the NFL so far just the team I wanted to win didn't earn it!

hate when people say its just your o line. no its not. they are good offense and defense. you cant deny it. the o line doesnt do all the work. the defense steps up in every position. same thing goes with the offense position. no one gives up.
It sure helps though, i agree saying "its JUST your o line" is a bit much but it surely helps a fair bit.
Look at Gurley and look what a terrible o line (along with a few other things) does to his output. Not saying hes better or even equal to Zeke but a talented RB held in check by a bad Oline.
