@@Sensey1234 In Swagg’s situation, you know he was getting mass reported, his GT was literally “NotAHacker”, and he was level 10, think of the lobbies he was in due to SBMM, he’d be in lobbies with max ranks as a level 10. Plus, he was playing with people that were still in the game, so it does make sense that was his reaction.

A regular persons immediate reaction to being disconnected from a match would be that their internet or the servers messed up. A cheaters first reaction is that it was a ban because theyre guilty.

You guys should actually just watch the VoD that CoS spoke about in the video. This is disingenuous at best, Swagg was TRYING to get banned on an alt account. This Swagg video is bullshit, you know very well he was on an alt level 1 account and got shadow banned because he was being mass reported by the lobbies.
Many people report sweaty players with an under level 55 account cause it looks suspicious, especially this late in the game's cycle.

I agree with you for the most part. I just recently got back into COD after a 10-year hiatus. Warzone is so much fun. After watching your videos, I'm surprised these streamers have not reached out or made videos showing their monitors, activity monitor, controller setup, etc... to prove you wrong. If I was a Warzone streamer and you were calling me out, I would talk my shit and provide proof by having cameras displaying my monitors and equipment. Seems like an easy way to prove you wrong. Am I missing something? I'm unfamiliar with hacks but proving you're not using them seems easy.

That's literally the term. Being banned is where you can't play at all. Shadowbanned is where you can only play in certain lobbies usually with other shadowbanned users.
It usually happens when you get banned on your main and try to play on an alt account on the same pc or using the same ip.

@@JustMambawrong. Shadow bans occur from mass reporting (primary reason). However in swags case. He was playing on an alt and got shadowbanned almost instantly where as he never has issues on his own account. Another example of the whitelist at work.

He’s testing/tweaking his DS4 Windows settings, while simultaneously using an Unlock Tool and clearly using PHANTOM OVERLAY. Most likely was reported and it detected the Unlock Tool triggering the shadowban.
He made a new account and started to have a lot of quick scope to see how quick he would get reported and it took 2 hours! You’re welcome

Ive been done with call of duty since vangaurd, or maybe cold war. I made the mistake of buying the last two games and its been nothing but aggravation between every other lobby disconnecting or you have to play the game on no crossplay if you dont want to be ran over by 17 people making a new account every six hours.
Ive been "ricocheted" countless times, its just people mass reporting you, but yes, there are definitely black and white lists. For a while it only took 1 report to shadowban me. (Shadow ban loop)
I had to play for a month on my xbox, dropping the same 15-20 kill games as i normally would to get off the black list. Before i couldnt play for an hour without getting shadowed, now its been 3 months and no issues.
@Banifieque02 It's been proven time and time again. If ricochet actually worked, it wouldn't take any form of "reporting" to get someone kicked. Ever notice the only way someone ever gets booted is by getting them reported? It is another way Activision caters to the sub 1.0 k/d community.
I have been shadowed easily 20+ times, never perma, because I am not cheating. I get mass reported, stuck in a shadow ban loop, everytime it goes to activision to review, they remove the shadowban. It is ridiculous.
I had to play on a console for 30 days to reset my blacklist... which is asinine. (and yes, I was still dropping 20's, which isn't amazing by any stretch, on an old gen xbox one).
A simple google search would net you some valuable information and facts to make you more informed before commenting again.
