Excellent synopsis of the current state of the SB1 law in MD. Spot on Analysis of a complicated unconstitutional law that all can understand.
In spite of the recent Supreme Court Bruen decision, which reaffirmed the right to Keep and BEAR arms, the the State of MD purposely violated the rights of the people by enacting into law SB1. The State of MD does not respect the Constitution nor its citizens. SB1 essentially negates the "Bear" part of the 2nd Amendment. A direct violation of Bruen, which well defined what are considered sensitive places.
I look forward to a Constitution Abiding court to strike down this disgraceful law once and for all.
