Buns with ricotta and salami: DELICIOUS and EASY to prepare!

  • INGREDIENTS
    480ml (2 cups) of water
    1 egg
    1 egg white
    1/2 tsp of salt
    700g (5 3/5 cups) of flour
    125g of butter
    120g of ricotta cheese
    Salami slices
    Egg yolk
    METHOD
    1. Mix water, egg, egg white, salt, and flour in a bowl. Divide the dough into two parts and roll out each.
    2. Fold it into several parts, spreading it with butter. Cover and refrigerate for an hour.
    3. Roll out again and cut into little squares. Fill with ricotta cheese and salami slices. Spread with egg yolk.
    4. Bake at 190°C/374°F until golden brown.
