Now that's the sort of demo I like, the clean tones of the pickups/guitar without overdrive/distortion/fuzz, so I can get an idea of what the instrument will do. Yes, at the end, throw a bit of overdrive in to evaluate how the guitar sounds with that effect but not too much. Thanks for this.
@@mikewilson0 I live in Europe so noisy isn't much of an issue. The demo is representative of the sounds. This guitar's great from jazz to stoner rock, if you like the sounds. Pickups are great, sound is very original, the only things which aren't 10/10 are the pickup switch and the bridge which could be better. A very special guitar.
When I want to hear an accurate representation of a guitar, I go to RJ's videos. Just enough drive/effects to hear the natural tone of the instrument. Well done sir.
My dog Violet loves your playing...she howls at the moon when I hit some good vibrato or blue tones...she really likes your playing. She's singing right now...she has good taste.
Great tune and refreshing to hear clean jazz sounds in a demo. I have to agree that the distortion on guitar demos gets old and doesn't allow the true tones of the guitar to be heard. Distortion has it's place but not always. Have a good day RJ stay well.
I have one. The hardware quality is shitty but it sounds very good. The fretboard is well made. The pickups are good too. I replaced tuners, bridge, pickup selector and tailpiece with high quality faber and abm stuff. Now it’s a great guitar, I only wish it had nitro laquer instead of poly..
I would like to see a demo of this guitar with other pickups......Also, it is kind of pricey compared with other Eastwood stuff.....There is nothing like this in the market and it is what I want but too expensive in my opinion.
Guy trying to sell Tuxedo guitar body $90.°° on e-bay that might have been used for firewood on a good day. But only if he's lucky. There's a chunk sawed out of it among many other big problems.??? Sorry, had to vent. Luv this guitar.
RJ is easily my favorite RUclips guitarist.

Got this one, it sounds spectacular with everything you throw at it, heavy distortion and all sorts of fuzz included.
@@monoscopes are the pickups very noisy? Also, how's the neck and overall quality?

A very special guitar.
@@mikewilson0 I have to add that if you've only played Strats it's a very different guitar. If you're used to vintage stuff it's just plain great.
Seriously, if the guitar sounds good clean we know what it will sound like with pedals. Complete waste of everyone’s time when they do that
This is the kind of guitar demo that’s needed. Straight raw

Love how RJ plays back near bridge & moves around to get various tones from different areas of the guitar.
Beautiful guitar and very well played. Love the style. You made that guitar talk

Amazing guitar and amazing demo! Thanks RJ!! You are an amazing player!
The Eastwood Tuxedo is a great guitar, and its very versatile. Here its in the hands of a master.
Fantastic. I find not other words.

Amazing
Really really tough to beat the understated class of a black/white guitar
This axe is off the chain gotta get one......great playing RJ.
One of the best looking guitars around if you ask me. I just wish I could play one somewhere.....
mike wilson had one and sold it, worst mistake I’ve made in a while ! Just came here to be sad

doesn't the glossy of the poly make the tuxedoness of the guitar really pop though?
Dude that's sick the way your slanging that guitar. Has a slight Carlos Santana feel to it which is awesome as f#$k!
You playing over B E F# on the first jam ? Couldn't figure out the chords you did in the beginning either lol sounded great like usual.

I have that guitar and it has super good quality!
