I think this guy is a great guitarist! Really would like to see him come to Texas. Definitely a San Antonio and Austin vibe, and San Antonio is responsible for discovering some great talents over the years!
Great sound. I have a question. I use to own an Airline guitar. If had a fiberglass body with a resonator in it. I only seen one other one. Jerry Jeff Walker had played it on Austin City limits. This was back in the 70's. Do you know what model it was? And where I can find another one? Thank you for any information you can give me.
I like all the knobs, but I would hate to actually have to use them all. One tone and one volume is all I can bare. Love the sound of this guitar. It gets the vintage tones.
Dingle Balls.. The only thing missing is some fur :) Never heard of Eastwood Guitars. Sounds good. Has a funky look but it gets down. Just like my ole lady...:) I was looking for Clint but this popped up. Any relation to Clint? It has that vintage Fender sound so is it the poor mans Fender type thing? Not putting it down & just asking. BTW - that's my "61" ES 335 to the left. Had em since "64".
I don't ever need a guitar I just like to listen to this guy play. And then I think "Man, if I buy this guitar I can make it sound like this." But then I come back to reality.
If 4 knobs are good 6 must be better. RJ can play any style but his bluesy jazz (or is it jazzy blues) stuff makes me go "I need to hear that lick again."
Guitars with just one pu placed very near the neck. no tone or volume controls just plug it in a high end vac tube amp.. and of course no effects no reverb nothing. That's the way I like it.
I like a lot of Eastwood's offerings but this particular guitar is one that I would pass up. There's too many good looking hollow body guitars out there to settle on this one. JMHO... I like this guy's playing though.
Looks & style are entirely personal, some folks are _'all in'_ on vintage & kitsch - that's why Eastwood is still in business. Whatever, this thing makes a really nice range of sounds, which goes a good way beyond your typical 2 x humbucker jazz box.
i'm a bass player but i like to watch rj's demos just because i like his playing so much
Do you play bass lines to his playing? Go for it!
He DA MAIN !!!!! 3 Year Delay

And you even managed to sneak in an obscure KISS riff at 4:43. You're my hero.
Great playing....makes it look easy. Great tones on this guitar .
very great musical pieces and wonderful tones!great guitarist!
My H59 should arrive this week. I plan to get some extra knobs installed on it to make it sound even better.
I never remember any old airline guitar I had growing up ever sounding this good fantastic video RJ…. 🎶🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻🎶
As always, such beautiful playing. Wow.
Killin it again, well done RJ
Wonderful playing!!! I hope you put out an album with tunes like this!
Amazing playing. Reminds me of Chris Cain. So many control pots on the guitar wow.
That's some fine picking. My respect to Mr. Ronquillo.
Those three pickups with all of those magnets can make it sound really tight🎉
man you got the life!
Playing all these great instruments. so cool
Dang that was sweet! If you turn all those knobs at once, the world blows up. Proven fact.
one volume one tone for each pickup
Mr. Ronquillo rocking it, as always ;)
I am guessing the bottom position on the pickup selector is all 3 pups right? The neck one does it for me 👌
Looks like early 60s Harmony Rocket. Classy!
It's a Harmony H-59 replica :-)
Woah killer playin' there, good tones too.
RJ has to be one of the best around.
Daaaaaaaaaang! A guitar can do all that?
Seriously- nice clean finger work. Keep these videos coming.
Correction; A guitar player can do all that?
Such a tasty player. Great sounding guitar.
Needs an extra pickup and a few more knobs.
Fantastic playing!

Just lovely
Loedy, Lordy, this feller's good.
RJ. Do you have an L5 guitar or any big box jazz guitars?
great sound! besides the guitar, with what amplifier do you work?
Wow your playing sounds like Chris Cain and Robben Ford ❤️❤️❤️
what's your opinion on this guitar compared to the guild ce-100 capri ?
you r good Ronquillo
How can anyone dislike this?
I like all the knobs, but I would hate to actually have to use them all. One tone and one volume is all I can bare.
Love the sound of this guitar. It gets the vintage tones.
Listen this man is awesome and i is a great genie for me on of the best guitar player
Sorry for you bat RJ best friend are the music and the guitars
That is fine, fine guitar playing.
RJ BUENO MUCHO !!!
I like that all these Eastwood guitars have an excessive amount of knobs on them
Super playing ,as ever. Great demo. Nice guitar with too many knobs.Lol

Breath taking !
Kiss riff out of nowhere! haha
What is that song at 5:20?
Great song and I can't remember the name!
Steppenwolf - The Pusher
song is "Mercy, Mercy, Mercy". Was written by jazz keyboardist Joe Zuwinal. Was a hit in late 60s for Cannonball Adderly.
I don't ever need a guitar I just like to listen to this guy play. And then I think "Man, if I buy this guitar I can make it sound like this."
But then I come back to reality.
Hey RJ - are These tunes improvised, or are they themes or even songs?
I don't know all or even most of the songs he covered here, but typically they're instrumental covers.
Nice bit of Watermelon Man.
witch amp ?

Nifty Ol' fashioned lookin' guitar. This fella has been practicin' big time!
KISS!
To my ear the H59 sounds more lively then the H77...
I don't know. Needs more knobs.
volume and tone for each pickup i guess. looks weird
I don't know if I can afford a guitar with all those knobs. Maybe only two or three.
I like a lot of Eastwood's offerings but this particular guitar is one that I would pass up. There's too many good looking hollow body guitars out there to settle on this one. JMHO... I like this guy's playing though.
