*whispers "Hail Hydra" along with Kyle at the end*
yeah no
+Stephany Goguen hydra...
+Stephany Goguen awesome way to end a video right?...
oh totally
+Joey Goguen
*walks into the shadows*
I'm pretty sure he's capable of performing feats of strength to a super human level. No athlete, regardless of training could ever stop a helicopter from lifting off, or push a military vehicle with a single front kick.
Maybe the original captain America from the 616 comics in the 1940's was created to be at peak human physical condition however modern comics and film representation has allowed him to be a little more than that.
He’s not peak human redline said he’s the next step in evolution
@@spidey5385 Well he's more of enhanced in MCU since it's based off the ultimate verse
@@TheThinkerOfThinking He's peak human. The reason why he does outlandish stuff is because Marvel humans are stronger than real life. Hulk is a superhuman and so is Spiderman
@@TheThinkerOfThinking Cap is peak since he's the best at every category of athlete
@@TheThinkerOfThinking Batman held back a speeding car. And have you heard stories of adrenaline rush? People have ran 30 mph and lifted a car before.
Red Skull was the first to undergo the super serum. The first version of the serum had some very minor cosmetic detrimental effects, however.
There were also the several dozen african-american volunteers who were part of the original drug trial phase as in the comic Truth like Isaiah Bradley.
Illustrious Nobody In the movie, Dr. Erskine made a clear point that the version administered to Red Skull was not yet ready to be used, so unexpected side effects were a likely result of the risk he took forcing Erskine's hand. Also an important factor was the serum was designed to amplify the inherent traits of a person. So as he put it, "Good becomes great, and bad becomes worse."
>TFW someone brings up comics and my ignorance is exposed. :(
GameOverV1"Good becomes great, flaky skin becomes worse"?
Truth is actually a good read. Flaky skin is better than insanity, spontaneous combustion, and early onset senility.
So basically steroids? Yeah. The most American superhero's superpower is steroids. Ok, not really, but it sounds funny like that
+Ben Goodwin yeah except steroids doesn't give you an improved healing factor like capt.
+Unavalivle well it heals Muscle fiber faster.
yeah except capt america cant get drunk due to his healing factor, I don't think competitive body builders share the same as him
Hey! It's like baseball!
Steroids only provides a 5-15% increase in one's neuro-muscular efficiency limit(strength limit/potential) at most. But, it can triple hypertrophy limit(Muscle limit/potential), obviously.

Me. I read textbooks on kinesiology, biomechanics, human anatomy, exercise science, and nutrition. Plus I read and conduct studies. Not out of highshool to go to college for my passion, only 17, but I pretty much know 99.9% of what I need for my college tests.
Here's a study: strengtheory.com/steroids-for-strength-sports/
I have my own study I'm conducting at the moment, but it's kinda hard going up to roid users in my local gyms asking if they're on juice.
The formula that Cap was injected with, which then was bombarded with radiacion, left Cap in a state of chronic regeneration, thus giving him a basically perfect physical and mental condition...wait minute! THATS WHAT THE LIGHTNING DID TO THE FLASH!!!!!!!
+Megaman_XP speedforce* lol
I'm sorry I accidentally hit the report button
phuk u man! LAWL
+Megaman_XP Oh my god! How/where did you get that profile picture? It's amazing! I love how it's drawn, reminds me of Lemmino's art style
Look up Mega Man wallpaper.
Captain America's origin is probably the most plausible origin story of any super hero. However as it's depicted in the movie is not possible, because it would take both TIME (for the bones and organs to grow) and NUTRIENTS (mostly minerals and protein) for Steve Roger's body to grow. But I could see that process happening over the course of a few months. I grew four inches and gained 40 pounds in less than a year when I was 18 and that was without any vita-rays or super-serum. With the right hormones and nutrients the human body can change relatively fast.
Loved the Hail Hydra at the end!
Any chance of you guys doing a short behind the scenes? I'm curious how you're able to get Kyle's voice so perfectly clear if he's standing behind a glass sheet with no visible microphone attached to his shirt. I would've thought there'd be some effect from his voice bouncing on the glass that the boom mic (if that's what you guys use, probably hanging over the top of the glass sheet so it's on the same side as him?) would pick up.
Do the science behind the T-1000 robot from Terminator 2.
His "Hail Hydra" line at the end of this Cap centric video is disturbingly prophetic.
Holy shit! Did Thor just accurately predict (near the end of the video) that Cap was secretly with Hydra all along, over a year ago?
The King uhm marvel actually did that awhile back. cap was actually a hydra double agent. it was received so poorly by fans it nearly bankrupted marvel.
Cool video Kyle. My problem with the movie version of Captain America's origin story isn't that it works but that it worked almost instantaneously. Where did all that mass come from? How did Cap's brain rewrite itself instantly?
That ending was great!😂
So Cap is basically a perfectly EV & IV trained human.
No no no he had shitty IV.
yea, he had no IV's but was perfectly EV trained, then was stored in the PC for a long time, in that time his trainer died, so... go out and catch that wild captain america!
Doctah WAAwee nah he just used hax
Sorta - the process was likely akin to EV training and hyper training combined.
The reason Cap's better than Red Skull, though, is because for Red Skull they forgot to look for the right Nature. ;)
Bucky's the same only he can't learn Hypnosis...lol
Well, there was also a time when the thought was radioactivity was beneficial. For example there were water urns that had radioactive pellets, the thought was that you would drink that water and gain the healing force of radioactivity. While your teeth were falling out. So at that time that "vita-ray" might have been in practical terms a light show or actually doing damage to Rodgers that the ser...er...formula actually countered.
Got to disagree with him being peak human, unless you say humans naturally become that super strong. With the movie and Ultimate universe its pretty clear Capt has strength, agility, 'intelligence', durability and healing ability beyond human.
*He jumps out a building and from high up into the ocean that would kill a normal person in the movie and does similar stuff in comics.
*He has the ability to calculate the angles etc to throw his shield at great strength and have hit multiple targets and often comes back to him.
*He punches out Ant-man when he turns giant in Ultimates, has endless stamina cannot be affected at all by alcohol, heals quickly from what would be serious wounds * What has to be (One of) his biggest historical moments, survives decades frozen in ice without any negative affects and didnt age at all.
But when was he so well trained? After he was buffed up did it improve his memory and cognitive function too? His combat abilities can go toe-to-toe with Iron Man! It seemed like he was also instantly successful at martial combat!
Captain America's Bio may claim that he was just enhanced to be the epitome of human potential but I think he is clearly way into the "superhuman" range.
When you whispered my eyes were closed and if scared tf out of me
I can't wait to see what's next week is, seeing as it's the day before the premiere of Age of Ultron. I'm going to guess possibly a Quicksilver video or possibly something involving the Vision.
By the way, the Hydras is an organization in my novel Reborn City, which I wrote before I ever came across anything involving Captain America. So when I hear "Hail Hydra", I think of very different things than what everyone else is thinking of.
Ik this is an old video but since I just got hip to this channel like last mouth I’m watching som old ones
He just gave the science of Alex rider: Scorpia
Thanks for this!
Hail Hydra....
Kyle Hill That cracked me up at the end :-D
Kyle Hill i would love to meet you
hi
Hail Hydra...
just thought of this is there a story arc out there that connects capt's drug with the hills? because it seems that the argument could be made that the hulk drug was a prototype then it was discovered that the radiation had a stabilizing effect achieving the desired results.
Super Soldier Juice.
That had me dying laughing
But it wasn't even meant to be funny...
I think a lot of interesting points were made. I don't see AI as too far off. Fiber optics allow for the software, it seems programs are the only real obstacle. It's exciting to think it's within one's life time.
Thank you!!
Visitor from 2018. Kyle was soooo cuuuuute :) Still is, but come oooooon, the hair!
Do are Master Chiefs augmentations possible?! :D
I wonder if I'm the first one here who is actually familiar with the CRISPR/Cas9 technique... Anyway, interesting approach!
Love your show
bearli Thank you so much!
Nasa has already done studies on different wavelengths of light and found being bathed in light at the red spectrum does have a notable benefit.
I've always wanted to know how the neuralizer from men in black works, and if it is ever possible to make. Is that a good video topic?
Do you do requests? If you do, please do a video on how the ODSTs from HALO are able to drop from orbit in small pods, and not only survive, but continue into combat without injury from orbital insertion into the combat zone.
gotta do one about his shield
Nice video :D
How about a video about wolverine's skeleton?
Is it possible? How to achieve it?
please also give a video about his shield
Finally, I was able to find out how your table works. In fact, it's not working at all, just the Image is mirrored. Kyle can see what he draw, and, after the mirroring, we can read what he draw. BECAUSE SCIENCE! (Just watch the direction of the nobs from his shirt to get the proof)
But wouldn't he need more mass to go from skinny to muscular? The gene editing would cause him to grow more muscles, but it wouldn't happen instantly right? And wouldn't he need to eat A LOT to grow all that extra muscle? If I'm completely wrong, it's because I'm confused and lost :P
Lol, nice username. Anyways, I thought the same thing. If the serum was just meant to unlock the means for accelerated growth, then he would still have to ingest the proper foods/supplements/nutrients etc. The only way it would make sense is if the serum itself contained an insanely concentrated amount of protein that was the source of the mass.
In the MCU, Cap's basically a prototype Hulk. The mass is extradimensional in origin. Apparently there's a dimension out there that consists of Steve Rogers' muscle and connective tissue, and a slightly greener one for Banner.
Or how about this? If the many worlds hypothesis is correct, plenty of Steves die during their original transformation--in those cases, the extra mass comes from all those dead, puny Steves building up one Super Steve.
Or this was all from 1940, and kids back then didn't care about the law of conservation of mass, so we're stuck with the dumbness of it today.
Clint Page maybe they had him eat a lot beforehand or drink a special protein shake
He was hooked up to all those machines during the process. Is it implausible that at least one of them would be supplying him with nutrients?
love these vids
Hey man! Can you do a video on what kind of power it takes for captain America to kick the truck in Civil war?
Can you do a video explaining the seasons on Game of Thrones? like what kind of planet would it have to take place on for the seasons to be like that?
Cap is STRONGER the peak human, why does everyone say he is only peak when he is not...
peak human in comics is like superhuman in real life
이윤형 616 is main cap
Well, Cap can do every strength, speed, flexibility, etc feat at max normal human. But, it all synergizes together, making a body that can do much more than the mere sum of its parts. That's why Cap can be the world's fastest sprinter AND be the strongest man alive AND have unparalleled flexibility, that is not possible by the standards of conventional biology IRL.
James VunKannon he can’t Barry is faster then him and hulk is stronger
...they're not exactly normal humans, are they? I mean non-supers.
watched 1 video now I'm subscribed
So is the fromula that black panther use isn't the same thing as what cap use ?
It would only need a serum to deactivate sertain parts of our genome preventing our muscles to grow too big too fast (there is actually a medical condition which causes exactly that)
i thought the first Super Soldier was created for Red Skull the only side eggect was it made his skull red
Kyle predicted the future that cap would work for hydra
Wow i'm subscribing.
which is powerful admantium or vibranium (please make a video )
Kyle, Nerdist Team or anybody: the video showed during the bacteria CRISPR explication is from any particular video? It's very nice, I hope could watch! :D
Cap is on HGH and Ternbolone!! That's my steriod joke out of the way. Great show as always.
I've got a question for Kyle, the origin of Galactus. How would surviving the end of a universe make someone into a primal force in the universe that comes after it [this is asuming that the big bang/big crunch theory is the correct theory of the origin of life]
I have one question about Cap´s shield. I think, there is a big mistake. My point is: If you fire bullet at Cap´s shield, the bullet will be stopped, because... vibranium. But you can look at this interaction from the other side. If you throw Cap´s shield at any (non moving) bullet, shield should stop, because vibranium absorbs kinetic energy of that impact. That means that all these great scenes, when Captain threw his shield at soldiers, do not make sense, because from physical approach vibranium should absord kinetic energy of impact and it doesn´t matter if something has been thrown at shield or shield has been thrown at something.
Pls do a science of a real life symbiotic suit pls
The only material that opens up medicine and fluids to the body are dendrimites and if you use follistatin you could theoretically make a super soldier
I want these abilitys now
+yousuf yasir steroids?
You try running off to the middle of nowhere, crouching down as if you were about to poop, clenching yous fists and then yelling a lot? ...Seems to work in Dragonball...
I would rather get bitten by a radioactive spider
But how did skinny cap get the requeried amount of ATP for extensive cellular preforation without deteoration even if got that somehow how could his bone cells grow without making his super "old"?
Will their ever be a app for this
Oh great Kyle Hill is a Hydra agent. Gotta give em props though, they always go after the scientists first. =)
Bruti79 They have a great dental plan.
Kyle Hill If one molar is removed, three more will take its place -wait, what?
Bruti79 That made me laugh. Good one.
Lol
I might add just one more point. If the serum/formula were to be effective in Steve Rogers it also might be a time efficient approach to ablate his current cells. Inject the formula with all the genetic editing you want, including a resistance to radiation and enhanced cellular and genetic repair. Then, instead of waiting for the newly enhanced cells to take over, you expose him to radiation, killing the regular cells and only leaving his enhanced ones behind. This process would still take a while, but it would take a lot less than just letting the super cells kill off the old ones.
Remembers fondly saying "Hail Hydra" to a coworker regularly at a plastic factory
Hmm, does that mean you could dose someone in a high risk category with anti radiation drugs that only get released when bombarded with certain radiation?
If you increased the amount of air your blood can carry would that lower the nutrients they carry? If so then would that hold just as many bad effects as good?
Or they can carry more in general
I think this is actually pretty easy, at least the super strength. When put in a life threatening situation people display the ability to tap into their hidden strength and lift cars and stuff. If they monitored them during something like this they could figure out what was being triggered and create a drug to activate it at will...
hay kyle, you should do a video about how would quicksilver run on the side of a wall in the kitchen scene of x men days of future past.
you could tells about Myostatin supression combined with over-expression of PEPCK-C enzyme
Overexpression of pepck-c causes diabetes
KYLE!!! Can you please look into the force required from Captain America’s Kick in Civil War?
He kicked a truck and sent it moving with enough force to take down another human being!
How powerful would that kick have to be to send the truck moving at that speed and distance?!
Not a truck but a suv van
He kicked a pick-up truck in the beginning fight scene of Civil war.
Right before Scarlet witch helped throw him into the building with the gas
He kicked it so hard it it hit a guy so hard he was knocked back
Oh how appropriate to say hail hydra at the end. At least now that he's been outed as an hydra agent
I just thought of this how good is the process to make cap a super soldier compared with let's say the master chief from halo now yes it's true most of chiefs abilities come from his armor but underneath that he is a legitimate super soldier so then my question is which process is superior for creating a super soldier?
My new head-canon/fan-theory is "Vitarays" are the life-force-energy Ant-Man collected from the Quantum Level right before Thanos' snap.
I do have a question and I would think this could be a Halloween episode how does the ghostBusters Proton pack work I have always woundered how it does because I am such a big fan
Hilarious finish yo
Cap was given 6 Higher quality doses of SUPERSOLDIER serum PLUS blasted with Vita Rays which greatly augmented his powers and infused him with nitromene meaning he was essentially a mini Hulk , in fact pound for pound Cap was superior Hulk just has size and weight advantage
Does this video also explains deathstroke super-soldier serum thingamabob?
Yea basically
Can you explain how falling into a vat of chemicals created the joker?
the vita chamber sounds something of bioshock
Very interesting to think about. No telling what the government is working on but to know this is possible just sets up for a crazy new reality that could happen.
hail Kyle!!!
Kyle Hill If you havent done a Flash video. Could you explain how his brain doesnt go to mush when he stops or how Flash doesnt faint when burning 1000s of calories in seconds. For Science and.....Hail Hydra!
Speed force aura
Also could his body and mind handle the stress of the changes done to it?
so kyle can you make a video explaining how superman gets his superpowers?
Mriganka Roy he gets it like how plants photosythesieze the Suns energy
If this were to be possible wouldn't we be able to create Spartans like in halo
+Trident Productions Spartans are kind of 500 years away, but there are theories on how the armor and everything works, so with the help of this, computing and drugs, yup!
+Thromper1984 we could get closer because we are developing Exo suits so it could be possible in 300 maybe 200
+Trident Productions lol i was thinking of that too but we'd need science on the mjolnir armor and the shielding that comes with it
They are already at the peak of being able to make whatever baby you would like changing things you don't want
Imagine combining black panthers Powers with captain americas super serum
It did a bit more than give him peak human performance, it also extended his lifespan/healthspan to many times the normal
You have to be slightly impressed that science is still trying to catch up to the human imagination.
Chris McDonald You are so right. When You look at Iron Man , Captain America , hell even the Hulk. Science and tech is already on the path to all three.
Chris McDonald or humans are imagining and connecting it with real world science
Some things some of us never heard of
Watching the video now and going "Oh, the irony!" at the "Hail Hydra!"
Thor actually works for Hydra?! Nooooooooo......
But what about what created the sentry?
Hail Hydra!
He's actually above Olympic Athlete's and slightly super human. Far more durable in that he is in a constant state of regeneration (not like Wolverine's or Deadpool's) which would account for him being able to be revived after being frozen in a glacier with no tissue or organ damage, he can run up to about 50 mph, no muscle fatigue (meaning no lactic acid build up), he can lift 1200 pounds, he can literally dodge bullets since it also buffs his reflexes and nervous system (the formula also helped with his intelligence as well), oh lets not forget his immunity to poisons (never get into a drinking match with him)
So compared to humans he is super heck he's even more super than Daredevil and the Ninja Turtles combined
But Compared to other beings he's the clearance bar to be considered a Super Hero
1200 pounds? I don't know man. In age of ultron he threw that motorcycle like it was a baseball. There are a few humans out there that can lift well over 1200 pounds (powerlifters) but I don't think any of them can throw a motorcycle like that :/
+yzuniga13sa he's using the comics and numbers they give you in those to get those facts not movies
MAGIC!! IT'S ALWAYD MAGIC!!!!
+Firdauz Saufi its steroids
LOL! Hail hydra..I look like an idiot laughing as hard as I did..
It was given to Johann Shmidt before Steve Rodgers.
"Hail Hydra" with a bottle of Snake Oil
Captain Murica!!!!!!!!!
xD
Spiderman punch = bye bye captain's head
So, if someone rewrites your DNA, are you still the same person if you brain cells change? Or do you technically die and someone else with your memories and personality just inherits your body?
Because having Nuclear Powers is a trope that has been used since the 1950's.
That's why they gave him all those needles in certain places
So what happened with RedSkull?
