Most long term consist of 6+ months. Although some owners decide to rent their units in a month to month basis. All depends on owners preference. And TECHNICALLY you can only rent out to legal residents or citizens, QRP status holders and not on visitors that are on tourist visa. TECHNICALLY 😉 tourist on visitors visa should only lodge on approved and btb license lodging.
What you can’t do in complexes that only do long term rental is offer nightly hotel stays. And place them in rental websites like Airbnb, vrbo etc because the condo complex does not have a BTB hotel license.
