YES, YES and YES. My kiddo just turned 18 last week. This is something I’ve done with him since he was 13. He’s definitely more prepared then most of his public school friends. For finance for a middle schooler (how to turn $100-1,000,000). Great book.

I don't but you could always set a fake budget and have your child go through the process of planning all the details of a trip, using only the budget available.
