Would you use either of this for some deep diving crankbaits, like the 6XD? I need a better rod for that, and of course a reel. Don't want to buy a set up just for one lure though, that's a bit limiting when you don't have a bunch of gear or money for a bunch. I'd probably look to run bigger swim baits and maybe even some bigger top water, but I think I'm going to turn my max stx combo in to a top water setup.
The Caius is better of these two for deep divers. The reel is geared a little fast for it, so you’ll have to slow your roll. Personally I throw a lot of them on mine.
