The house is just amazing! Its absolutely perfect, apart from the fact the neighbors are a bit too close and can look into the house :( otherwise stunning all the way
I think this might be my favorite house you've ever shown. So cozy; so tasteful. A nice change of pace from all those ultra-modern mansions that tend to look alike.
This is probably my favorite house ever on your channel. It has my PERFECT blend of modern and traditional. It gives a slight modern farmhouse vibe to me, which I love. It has a nice big grass area too! Love it!
Really? Maybe I'm an old curmudgeon and left behind the times, but I miss the way 25 million Dollar mansions used to look 10+ years ago. They were daring, they had crazy features like waterfalls inside the house and artificial meadows running through it, cool looking wall features and finishes and so on. Some looked like a set from a "Conan the Barbarian" movie, which might sound tacky, but at least they were special and interesting and different from regular houses. Lately mansions have gotten really boring and nondescript. Usually just boxy, boring rooms, white walls and hardwood floors. They look like giant, blown up versions of regular 200 000 Dollar middle class homes and then they charge tens of millions for that boring nonsense. Even the pool and the garden are ridiculously cheap looking and boring. What is going on lately? It is as if all the skilled, daring architects retired and were replaced with talent-less hacks. I have seen 3 star hotel rooms that looked more luxurious than this.
@@TrangleC The problem is that those homes had no resale value. Look at what happened to MC Hammer and 50 cent's mega mansion. While those mansions are cool for the moment, they just aren't practical and have huge maintenance bills that can cost more than the home itself in the long run. And the mega mansions that do exist with all the crazy bell's and whistles tend to be Ultra Modern like The One. But even those are having a hard time selling because there's an over abundance of that type home in the luxury market, but not many buyers interested in investing in them long term. More traditional mansions are a much safer bet and investment.
@@jojojostar4906 I don't think I ever saw MC Hammer's house and with 50 Cent's house I'm not sure. I might have seen it, but I might confuse it with Mike Tyson's house. Is it the one that looked like a gymnasium hall with furniture in it? I get what you are saying, but I guess my mentality gets in the way of me being able to agree fully. Where I come from, people save their whole life to buy a house and once they got it, they die of old age in it and hope one of their kids will stay in it for all their life. And that pretty much goes for all price categories, even the really rich. Buying houses only to then sell them again after a few years is kind of anathema to me, but I do know that that's the culture in the high end luxury housing market in the USA. If I were rich enough to buy a house in that price range, I would buy a house I like and wouldn't worry about resale value. What is the point of being rich if you don't indulge? But outside of my subjective taste and foreign mentality, channels like this one and the whole online architecture and mansion aficionado scene will become obsolete if this trend continues. There will be no point to looking at those "lowest common denominator for maximal resell value"-style houses, because they will all look the same. I have a bunch of rich relatives with pretty interesting houses (one has several indoor pools and a "Ewok village" of interconnected tree houses in the garden), but my love for looking at mansions started when I saw an article about the "Portabello Estate", which was the most expensive house in the USA at the time, with a price of 75 million, which seems rather tame by today's standards, but was a crazy amount back then, in the early 2000s. That is a very special house, daring and beautiful, in my opinion and garish like a amusement park ride, but in a fun and adventurous way. Mansions like that will always be worth more than nondescript "5 middle class homes under one roof"-mansions like the one in this video, I think, even though they require the right buyer.

Not if you want to watch from the last row. Or the first probably. The last row is too far away from the screen for the perfect experience. The first is too close. Poor eyes. The three rows should have been closer to each other. So much wasted (and harmful for the viewing experience) space in between the rows! The room could have been just two thirds of the length.
This is one of the best homes I've seen on your channel - large but the spaces retain a home-like intimacy, looks like a home not a hotel...and a flat lawn. Exceptional property, kudos to the developer and another great tour by you and your crew.

Those homes are perfectly balanced, as all things should be! All those qualities combined makes them feel much cosier, livable, warm and personal than the average modern "squar'ish" home. Another Monday moment. Amazing family house, very spacious and still very warm and cosy, thanks to all these details and great staging as well. Brilliant team work as usual guys.
Woah! Blown away by this house. It is really cozy and every room felt amazing to be honest. And boy this underground space with the bar, wine, cinema and gym. Amazing.
this house is amazing!!! It’s exactly my dream house 🤩 your videos inspire me so much to be successful in life and I’m always so excited for Monday’s even tho I hated Monday’s before
It’s crazy how this is such an enormous house that you could hardly imagine being someone’s home (how many folks need 8 bedrooms?!) but this is one of the few places we’ve seen that looks like people actually could live there. It’s beautiful and impeccable and spectacular but it still looks cozy. Like the staircase having wood banister rather than glass. The furniture looks beautiful and functional, and it wouldn’t be a problem to sit there. Even the exterior of the house looks beautiful but still not that different from a normal family home
This house is probably my favorite that I've seen. I think I'm more of a traditional home lover. I absolutely love it; it's spacious and designed very well! That backyard is beautiful and the bedrooms are excellent in size. The lower level is amazing WITH an elevator..gotta love it! Thanks guys for showing!
Beautiful home with so many practical features and not overly opulent and 'in your face.' The telephone poles and wires detract from the beautiful view!
Syzygy Your content, banter, idiosyncrasies, format, pacing, as well as your synergy, your camera and blocking style are the most engaging form in the category currently. I truly value the middle. Thank you.
I can never imagine people living in these crazy big mansions, they always feel so perfect and sterile. I think a cool video would be trying to find a house like this where an actual family lives in it to see what they really look like when lived in. Obviously that would crazy difficult to find a family to agree to that but they could stay anonymous or something. An idea for the second channel maybe. Take care guys 👍

Enes, As Santiago said, This developer is “detail-oriented”!!! It was a little bit of torture to wait for this until today but MY GOODNESS, was this a TREAT TO SEE!!! PERFECT IN EVERY WAY to me!!! He didn’t forget the DOGGIE WASH either in that “dreamy” downstairs laundry room....the upstairs one was just as dreamy!!! Oh, I guess you can tell this is my FAVORITE you’ve shown us yet & I could go on & on but I think I’ve said enough to let you know you did a REALLY GOOD JOB showing us this home & showing us EVERYTHING in this AMAZING HOME!!! 🏡🐶🏡🐾🐕🦺🏡💯💯💯😊😊😊
Just ran into your channel about two weeks ago and can't stop binging on your vids. Love the way you present homes and major props to Mikey on the editing and video quality. Keep up the awesome work.
I really liked the wood & stone of the exterior of this home. I liked the office with the wood paneling & built ins. The vent in the kitchen gave an unique classic touch. Covered patio looked homey & comfortable. Fabulous lower level. Media room was the best I’ve seen on your channel so far. The master bedroom was gorgeous, loved the fireplace & seating area. Another Monday moment. Amazing family house, very spacious and still very warm and cosy, thanks to all these details and great staging as well. Brilliant team work as usual guys.
thank you so much! glad you like the house!

i agree! glad you like the house!
Enes always shows the best houses, apartment, in this RUclips channel ... excited for 1 million soon .....
Woah! Blown away by this house. It is really cozy and every room felt amazing to be honest. And boy this underground space with the bar, wine, cinema and gym. Amazing.
this house is amazing!!! It’s exactly my dream house 🤩 your videos inspire me so much to be successful in life and I’m always so excited for Monday’s even tho I hated Monday’s before
“I feel like we through a lot of doors.” Yes, Enes. You did. 😂😂😂😂
lol
It’s crazy how this is such an enormous house that you could hardly imagine being someone’s home (how many folks need 8 bedrooms?!) but this is one of the few places we’ve seen that looks like people actually could live there. It’s beautiful and impeccable and spectacular but it still looks cozy. Like the staircase having wood banister rather than glass. The furniture looks beautiful and functional, and it wouldn’t be a problem to sit there. Even the exterior of the house looks beautiful but still not that different from a normal family home
I love this house too. Its spacious & luxurious whilst still feeling warm and homey. Great job guys.
Watssap everybody it's Enes here, and welcome to another episode. I always love the intro 👍❤️
you are the best!
I love your videos so much, keep on with the great work
glad you like our videos!!
this is definitely one of my favorite houses

What a beautiful house... it's just incredible.. I have no words...Thank you for a fantastic tour.
my pleasure! glad you like the house!!
Beautiful home with so many practical features and not overly opulent and 'in your face.'
The telephone poles and wires detract from the beautiful view!
I was literally watching one of your older videos and then u posted this one lol
haha nice! hope you enjoy!!

Enes: “All of this can be yours-“

Enes: “-for only 25 million dollars”
Me: ..........oh
Edit: Say hi to Mikey for me!
haha glad you like the house!!
also, i will!
I know right? What does it take to be able to buy a 25 million dollar house! Someone tell me and I'll do it hahaha
@@lamiokorw Maybe we can all chip in . 🤣
@John Doe hahahah that’s about right
I absolutely look forward to your videos. Always showing the most beautiful mansions in such beautiful locations.
Thank you both for a positive, pleasant viewing experience. Wishing you both good fortune
Backyard looks gorgeous!!
couldn't agree more!!
Such an amazing home!
glad you like the house!
Could u plzz make a video on a inside tour of the americas most expensive mansion- The one....!!!
Stay tuned!
This one is a nice change, it looks more traditional on the outside and very warm and inviting on the inside, lovely.

Your content, banter, idiosyncrasies, format, pacing, as well as your synergy, your camera and blocking style are the most engaging form in the category currently.
Take care guys 👍
thanks for the suggestion!!

This is the only thing I love from Mondays lol
thank you so much! i'm honored!
This home is perfection. Sometimes huge homes can feel cold but this home is warm and beautiful.
I just wanted to comment to say thank you for referring to the closets as first and secondary closets rather than his and hers, it's very subtle but incredibly inclusive! This is why your home tours are my favorite on youtube. Love your channel, keep it up!
thank you for being so kind!
I would definitely watch Mikey's channel. Make that happen pls
will do
I be watching these videos like I can actually afford the house😫😭
glad you like our videos!!
You can !
Notification gang where you at??
thank you! you are the best!
🏡🐶🏡🐾🐕🦺🏡💯💯💯😊😊😊
wow happy to hear that! glad you like the house!!
Just ran into your channel about two weeks ago and can't stop binging on your vids. Love the way you present homes and major props to Mikey on the editing and video quality. Keep up the awesome work.
How’s it going Enes? Love your channel! Just wish I can afford the homes you show. 😃
doing well! hope you are doing well too!
We need the “Mikey, can we get a close up” merch🙌🏽

Enes low key hates the lights in the diningroom :)
Anyone know what designer the lamps are from?
I really liked the wood & stone of the exterior of this home. I liked the office with the wood paneling & built ins. The vent in the kitchen gave an unique classic touch. Covered patio looked homey & comfortable. Fabulous lower level. Media room was the best I’ve seen on your channel so far. The master bedroom was gorgeous, loved the fireplace & seating area. I have binging on all the older videos like this one. I’m enjoying them & seeing how you & Mikey get better with every one.
Another stunning property! Thank you for showing it to us! Traditional style but contemporary at the same time. I absolutely love this house!
Glad you enjoyed it!
