Not using my phone during the first 30 min / hour of my day, honestly sooo challenging but has helped me so much❤ love this video btw
yoga/exercise and meditation time 🧘
Stop skipping breakfast, working out and journaling
Stretching, not going on my phone first thing in the morning. Reading for 10 minutes brushing my teeth washing my face as soon as I get into the bathroom.
Adore it when she posts productive vlogs and at all times brings us so much enjoyment.

In my opinion, I think that skin care should go after the shower and not before, because the skin is warm ( if in the winter you take warm showers) and then the skin absorber better the products that you use ( some of them are rich in minerals or vitamins).
This is my opinion as a guy 😅
