He’d have been perfect as neo no doubt about it, we got lucky as we also had Keanu who had a similar aura about him and did an incredible job but you can just see Brandon in this role almost as if he was born for it, sad what happened to him it’s just unfair this world at times!

He wanted to do more kinds of diverse films, not only action. I hope people will see that AI and, eventually, AGI, ASI, can give him that. Every kind of film he was hoping to do, indie romance comedies, action/sci-fi, anything. Who knows how far technology will advanced, if we don't destroy ourselves. I suspect that there really are few things impossible given enough time for technology to improve.

It had elements of martial arts in it but was essentially about a bored, computer nerd who figured out a secret. There's more to the film than fighting and that's where Lee would have had a tougher time pulling it off. Not because Brandon wasn't a great actor but because physically he was a different type. Lee was strikingly handsome, as a model usually is. Reeves is a good-looking dude but more of a guy next door slacker type. You have to look beyond just the fight scenes and look at what the character needs to be when making a film like that.

I couldn't see Keanu as Eric Draven but, as people pointed out, Keanu was a guitar player (bass) in a band and has that background as a musician. Kinda crazy the coincidences between the two. Fortunately I think they both were amazing in their roles.
Chad Stahelski who directed the John Wick films was Brandon's stunt double on the Crow. Had Brandon lived he would've been both Neo and John Wick by now. I can totally see a middle age version of him in a black suit mowing down hordes of Russian gangsters and contract assassins in New York.
