That was a fabulous public service episode. Yay Samuel and Gladys for doing it. Brilliant idea you two. I would love to see more Mexicans doing the taste test thing. I think that was gold. Hilarious!!!
Holla to both of you. I can believe you guys are 4 yrs already. I am leaving this yr with my sister and her family. In 2 mo to Mexico. I congrats for the video, yr friends are honest and tell the truth about tacos. Yes in Canada and USA we bought the kit and do it this way. But when you live in Mexico for 4 yrs and you eat the real tacos on restaurants or street, then you poision your taste with non real tacos. I will not even buy them is waste of money . Cook a dish that is home cook from yr country something like celebration. Cook what you bouth learn from.yr mom or grandmas. They love to taste new food themselves. Cabbage rolls is a speciality of East in Europe food. Thats where i grow up to Romania. I will cook something to impress my guests. But Irish food is delicioso. Muy Ricas. Thats my advice if you invite friends over cook something they never taste or eat before. If you both are creative then you know what to do and how to do it. The internet is so vast and you can search any dish from around the world . Ojala lo mejor
So nice to see you again….. we really did miss you. We just decided to see if you were back…..and voilà….we were behind in viewing you videos. So happy. Please do take care of your health. Miss seeing your Mom as well.
This one was hilarious 🤣🤣 Looks like you’re on your own with this one Rachel. I do love them too tho. What a great idea for a video. Hope you can think of something else to test out on your friends and share with us.
I loved this video!! It brings back warm fuzzy memories of our Mexican taco nights when you were just little! Who would have thought we would live in Mexico one day and get to eat authentic Mexican cuisine 🎉❤ Gladys and Samuel are natural RUclipsrs!!!
I loved this video!!! I love living in Mexico eating authentic tacos. But...I do miss these tacos, lol. Have you ever tried putting the shell with the meat in the oven for 5 minutes and then eating them? So much better that way. Gives them a little more crunch. Loved Gladys and Sam's reactions!!!
Pro tip! You have to put the taco shells in the oven first for a few minutes. They will be more crunchy and easier to eat. Not sure if someone already posted this.
Hola and good day! I was wondering if you had done a recent video of the restaurant scene on Ave Timon? My wife and I are planning on returning in April for a month… Gracias!
This is such a fun video! Oh, I so love Gladys, Samuel is great too! The un-boxing was awesome, and their expressions, priceless. I'm glad that you liked them, Raquel, and reminded you of growing up. I never had tacos as a kid and of course all of the fast food taco places in the States use the hard shell. Luckily we have a few restaurants with proper tortillas and no yellow cheese, lol. Oh, corn tortillas are the only ones that matter!
Oh my gosh guys, that was funny! A few weeks back they had the wide bottom El Paso shells at Chedraui. I wanted to buy them but I was afraid they would take my resident card at the checkout.
Hey guys, I was thinking about you today and was going to send you an email or PM or something, but I couldn't find a link to a social media page or anything in an about us section on here. How have you been? What have you been up to? We never got to connect with you when we were in the Yucatan and QR - such a shame. Hope all is well. ~Gina
I have a couple of questions. Did you bake the taco shells prior to serving? They need to be baked for about 8 minutes or they taste horrible. I normally put the cheese in first and then the hot meat. This way the cheese melts a bit from the hot meat. I then put on the salsa sauce, lettuce and tomatoes. The guacamole is a nice touch. We are in Canada now and we are going to have some of these taco's in the next week or so. You two crack me up!! LOL! We are back to Mexico in October. Hope to see you around town.
I really get it! crunchy taco's for the Canadian U.S market, maybe U.K. I remember in the U.K. as a child getting an ice cream between two wafers, as Ricky describes. I love this video & the reactions from Gladys, Samuel & Ricky was a lot of fun. Thanks! 🎉👍
OMG too funny. Love Gladys and Samuel's reactions. I alway thought these were "Mexican" food until I went to México also. Loved this video, so much fun 😂❤
Did you cook the shells? Rhat crunch sounded uncooked. I don't think its fair to say it's bad. It's like apples and oranges. I love real Mexican Tacos but I'll eat the shite out of some American Mexican food too😆
Hi, great videos, watch them all, my wife & I love PM. We are looking for a place to rent for January & February of 2024 & have 1 very well mannered dog. Anyone you might be able to put us in touch with to rent from directly? Would really appreciate any pointers. Thx for your work, love it!
I just saw your house on video. Hope you are both well. Miss your videos!
Good to see you guys back making videos!
Me too! Love the many past videos , was wondering if/when this great couple will make more

So sad you’re out making videos any longer. We just moved to PM. Are you still in the area?

Yay! Thank you! Glad you liked it - we had a great time making this video
I'm with you Raquel. I love those cardboard taco kits! LMAO
Oh my gosh guys, that was funny! A few weeks back they had the wide bottom El Paso shells at Chedraui. I wanted to buy them but I was afraid they would take my resident card at the checkout.
What ?!? Old El Paso at Chedraui? I will keep my eyes out. Your comment made as laugh 😂 thank you 🙏
Hi R+R! I trust you are well. Was this really the last video you made? Any plans for future videos?

Definitely reminds me of Canadian taco night. I love them too even though they have nothing to do with real tacos. Lol

Thanks so much for watching & your comment ! And you know ‘sliders’ too !
Flashback to the 80s❤️❤️
Yes !! A totally nostalgic meal for me ❤️

Aw thank you Shelly ! Yes Sam & Gladys were amazing 🤩
Hello, miss you guys. Hope you're ok.
Lol we still do taco Tuesday’s here.
Love it !
😊😊😊
We had a good laugh at Ricky and the other's not liking the tacos. Living in the US must be making me accustomed to them.
these are the best. you do have to bake the shells for 5 minutes.
You really need to heat up those hard shells, as someone else commented.
Did you cook the shells? Rhat crunch sounded uncooked.
I don't think its fair to say it's bad. It's like apples and oranges. I love real Mexican Tacos but I'll eat the shite out of some American Mexican food too😆
Can I come over for a crunchy taco night pleaseee? They looked so delicious ❤
Oh yeah !
Funny video.
Oh my gosh that was funny and they were right those aren’t tacos!!!! 😅
