Are you shooting auto iso or do you set it for every shot? And what month is this?
Love it. So, I'm totally new to photography. Do you change your shutter speed, or is it automatic?
Thanks! I shoot in Manual mode, so adjust everything myself. Shutter Speed, Aperture and ISO. Hope that helps!

What focal lenght at 4:40 ?
Really hoping to do this as well but after watching a few videos about people getting robbed for their valuable belongings, I rather not walk around with a $4,000+ Kit.

I don't think you quite understand what 'street photography' is. It's an art form. It's creative and can tell stories. It's about capturing the everyday moments and documenting them.
It might not be your preferred photography style or art form. However, it's far from creepy and intrusive.

Yes all shot in RAW and edited in Lightroom! ✌️

I haven't used the Lumix so I can't really recommend it. But I can recommend the Sony A7iv.
Canon r3 or r5, Sony a7iii if you don’t need 10bit video and the flip out screen If you do a7iv :)
