To get uniform chamfer on all the cases it's important to use it after expanding the neck (otherwise different inside neck diameter=different chamfering)
Hey BR, good point to use the chamfer tool at a consistent neck diameter step (before or after final sizing), and certainly after trimming to length, to remove burrs from that process. We like to chamfer before the final expand mandrel to not roll a burr into the case neck.
Very interested in your tool, just one question before I pull the trigger. I am loading exclusively 6BR. Which size would be ideal? Gut feeling is six flutes would be better than three, but you guys are the experts!
@mcraebob9, we only make the inside chamfer tool. We don't like the current options for outside neck deburing. We are actively developing a tool to address this and a few other operations as well.
Hey Hank, yes our two smallest chamfer tools fit 1.5mm/.059" small flash holes. Oour .17 - 6mm and 6mm - .338 cal chamfer tools have a .0585" diameter pin. The larger cal tools have a .074" pin and the BMG tool is .134". Check out the specifics at our product page: kmshooting.com/product/case-neck-chamfer-tools/
Hey Hank, I believe Sinclair's shanks are 3/8" diameter - too big for our neck turner. Our pilots for .17 - .338cal have a shank diameter of .342” - slip fit for 11/32”; pilots for .35 - .50cal are .561” slip fit for 9/16”.

Bonjour, ces outils fonctionnent ils aussi sur des calibres d’armes de poing ? (9mm parabellum, 38wadcutter et 45ACP)
Nice tool just watch out for brass with an off-center flash hole
Good point Bill! An off-center flash hole may indicate other issues with the brass as well.
Do you do a tool that deburs outside of case neck?

Can’t justify your great tools till we get some primers and powder.
Does the pilot fit small dia .059 flash holes?

@@kmshooting thank you, also one more…. Does your neck turner accept Sinclair mandrels?

@@kmshooting thank you… I resolved the problem by selling my Sinclair gear and recently bought your complete neck turning kit with case
