Printing it like that is SUCH a good idea. I am definitely doing this. I'm sure there are changes and errors that I'll see in that format that I never would otherwise. Can't wait to do this! Also, very much looking forward to reading this when you get your publishing deal!
So glad I found this video. I printed my draft from Reedsy and the print was tiny and I had to punch the pages and create my own disc bound notebook. I'll definitely do this
First, it's a gorgeous cover! It would fit perfectly among other books in the same genre! Second, LuLu has great quality printing! I printed a few drafts through them; I am prepping 3 more projects to print in November. I hope I can do that ASAP!

Yes. It's so fun printing my book in book format. I'm glad you got to experience it. I'm sorry KDP doesn't ship it to you. I never knew that was only US. But yeah, Lulu is good too. I created a draft children's book with them and really liked their hardcovers.
Also, i think you did well with creating a cover that's straight to the point of your novel as a draft. I struggle with my draft covers.

The cover is lowkey cute! You can probably comm artists to make your cover if thats what you're looking for. But ofc it depends on your budget

I've been watching your videos for a while and wanted to say hi! This is my first year ever doing NaNoWriMo and I'm filming a video for it, I'm super excited about my project - I have another passion project as well that I'm trying to finish in any spare time I have because it's taken me like 6 years to write and I feel like I can see the end in sight which is so exciting but so sad at the same time! I think after I finish my projects I'm definitely going to print them out even if it's just like with a regular printer because I haven't done that for a project in a LONG time! I love your videos!

Just wondering have you started querying your books like all of the W.I.P.s just to see what can happen since you already have 3 books in the works
i haven’t. querying requires a lot of prep (polished querying letter, synopsis, etc.) that i don’t want to waste time doing if not for a wip that i think is ready!

heyy fellow writer here looking for some advice
I've sent my draft to a alpha reader on fiverr and I'm wondering if i should send it to two alpha readers at once or wait until i get feedback, revise, and then send it to another.
I went into it thinking I was sending it to both, but got told that i should do it one by one, so I've sent it to the alpha reader who I preferred less than the one I wasn't able to send it to yet.
