    i have few links in my csv and html files but those are getting rendered as plain text in chatbot
    how to resolve them ?

    Hi, When I want to upload the file as a csv file, I always get an error error message and the file is not uploaded. Do you know why that might be?

      Make sure the csv has only two columns, first is the question and second is the answer, no header as well.

    In case of pdf part, answer came with questions...anyway to show only answers not questions as part of it in response

      I am not sure, but may be you could use a different format of pdf, like two or three enter between question and answer...

    How do oyou fix the problem where it tells empty response to the question?

      You can fill that from a backend...
