i WISH that a lot of people on youtube, would have such a crisp clear english when explaining IT topics like you 2 Ladies! I can’t even count how many technical videos i skipped where the speaking person has some really worse dialect, butchering one technical term after another which makes it really annoying, to follow the topic or benefit in terms of learning from that video.

can dialogflow differentiate between business hours and off hours? this will help determine weather clients get directed to the live chat.
