First Irish Maiden gig I ever missed. Tickets sold out in a few days. Caught me out. Looks like a smashing night😢

His solos are the best but, he doesn't cut through the mix as clearly as Dave or Janick.

I think Maiden peaked on the Somewhere in Time album/ tour. Damn they sound great 40 yrs later playing these songs. There will never be another band like IM
personally, "piece of mind" is my fav. top to bottom. i think "somewhere" was their last really good album

@@lukanovak1492 A few yrs ago here in Vegas they redid the Maiden England tour and played the whole 7th son album and then a greatest hits set. It was amazing plus Megadeth opened.

As a Scot, I have always been amazed by the Irish and their ability to sing in harmony as a crowd. Then again I have Irish blood in my veins as well. I loved this. At 65 I got to see Maiden for the first time. In Toronto. My time was the 70`s when I seen rock evolving.Wishbone Ash-Zep_Skynyrd-Lizzy-Rush-Yes and many more. The Maiden concert was right up there with Zep .In terms of performance but the presentation and guitars were of a different level. Loved it so much.
This guys are really enjoying doing this stuff.
I've been an Iron Maiden fan since I was 11. I my 40s now but at this concert I felt like that 11 year old in awe!

@johnlampros1579 Thanks, John, and no because the crowd was too crazy during some songs that I had to stop recording, therefore they wouldn't have been the best of quality. The 4 videos I uploaded are the best I could do.

I lost interest in Maiden these last 10 years.... until now.... Playing two greats from the GREAT Somewhere in Time album? Oh man... I feel the chills from my 80s childhood coming back, when I bought this album as a kid, and have loved it to this day! Thanks for posting!!!

Will go down in the history books as one of my all time favourite gigs.
Saw them 2nd row 1982 @ Palladium NYC. Many, many times after.....still crushing it. Best and most professional band I have ever seen.

I love that Maiden still does the old school backdrop with a static image/tapestry. giant video boards just drown out the performers.

I was 4 standing rows from the stage and the crowd was going nuts even a mosh pit started up a few songs in

I dunno about that, they seemed pretty into it to me. You have to consider their ages too, all the years of touring as well.
The new ending to Adrian's solo is lame... go back to the origional its a masterpiece

Nicko'd best performance so far. Looks way better than tge first gig in Lubjana. Fast and precise start throwing some fills
