It’s good to see these cars are being restored. In the 70s they were looked on as a joke but they did provide cheap transport for a lot of people , including myself. I drove it many miles and it taught me how to drive carefully and to the conditions. It was a reliable motor.
Mine is an HTE, in a 1985 Reliant Rialto that I imported into the colonies. The last time Serapis' engine was apart was in Tamworth. I should rebuild her engine here in America, and give her some miles on American roads.

Im having issues getting mine to run nicely atm as well
