ARTEMIS you get a liquid zoological plankton concentrate which can be used directly. ARTEMIS contains high-quality Artemia salina(0,2-20mm). This provides ideal nutrition for numerous seawater fish and LPS corals. ARTEMIS strengthens seawater fish vitality and accelerates coral growth.

I bought both Goldepods and the artimia and they are crap the fish take up the food and they then spit it back out that's mainly the artimia ant you can see the clowns doing the exact same thing in your video. All my fish are like that I may as well pour nitrates straight into the tank as that food.
