  • This groundbreaking method not only tackles waste management but also contributes to sustainable energy production, paving the way for a more environmentally friendly and efficient future in local communities. The utilization of thermal plasma, the fourth state of matter, presents an innovative approach to managing waste by addressing both tertiary and quaternary recycling processes. Plasma gasification produces hydrogen-rich syngas, which can be effectively used in a gas turbine combined generator to produce power from waste materials. If all components are mounted on a truck-like vehicle, this system becomes mobile, capable of generating electricity anywhere and supplying it to the government grid. Unlike conventional gasification technologies, this innovation, based on plasma gasification, addresses the challenges posed by polymer and mixed waste. While this technology has not yet been established or commercialized in India, the country's continuous electricity demand and available waste resources make this innovation the optimal choice for a startup venture.
