How to tune rear suspension
1. Get a beefy swaybar, the heavier the better.
2. Use the adjustable upper bars to tune rear corner weights - scales are needed - eg: If it turns left adjust length of 1 bar to add 25kg to the left rear tyre, keep adjusting until it leaves straight. (suspension mounts may need seefing up too)
3. Get adjustable shocks all around.
Try using the Haltech's PWM thermo fan driver mode and a solid state relay so you can soft start the SPAL fan. I did this for well over 2 years and had no issues with fuses.
Yes that is a good option also.

A good bit of that torque movement of the body could be managed by extending the roll cage into the engine compartment. That could provide a lot of stabilization down the track.

If it makes you moist you're going to need a catch can or the boost rag gets wet. Now, going commando and omitting the boost rag is certainly also an option, but that puts proper traction at risk.

I remember the day when 1000k hp was something people joked about having in a daily driver. Now, you're seeing 4 bangers that can crack 1200hp. It's amazing what you can do when you REALLY want to.

Great show lads, DAVE will need an anti roll bar for the rear, double adjustable shocks, and strong tubular arms. Adjustable shocks for the front as well so he doesn't do massive wheel stands and destroy the front end of his VK.
speedking72 it’s got Vyking double adjustable shocks and a single airbag in the right rear on the way. Might get an ARB roll bar later if it needs it.

Had the same problem twist in the up with a mk2 cortina fitted a rear anti roll bar and it fixed the problem

Do a centrifugal air/oil separator PCVCCV system run off vacuum and seperate can system on both the Turbo inlets (T-pipe between Air filter and Turbo inlet)

I would say it needs a beefy anti sway bar on the rear! Finnegan did that...
What would a fat sway bar do on its own on a dedicated drag car? Almost nothing beneficial.
@@EnkeiTenjin anti roll bar does wonders for body/diff movement on a drag car, literally every drag car making more than 500hp should be using one. The cars body will want to roll to the right whilst the diff is planted, anti roll bar setup counters it. you don't want to be planting more traction to one wheel due to weight shifting in the rear as the car will become unpredictable when launching, and could be dangrous.

You absolutely have to put some kind of rear clip in those vk,s I was once traveling behind the mangano,s bros yellow vk in cairns when they hit it and the entire ass with 9inch tore out onto the road it was like watching American graffiti and that thing only had a 355 stroker.
The cage is tied to the upper control arms, they are what tears free. It will certainly need an ARB but it's getting some viiking shocks first.

Love to see a compound turbo setup on a ls everything else is like almost but not quite.
For a compound turbo to be any use you need a single turbo to be out of usable range first. Most of the promod turbos will make 80-90psi on a small capacity engine and do 6s so it is really not necessary and compounding is not anywhere as easy as people assume to get right. Large capacity engines simply do not need compound turbos.
