Love your videos and the way you explain the recipe. A general feedback- please show the dish that is being cooked more closely. When you say the onion should be light brown, it wasn't clearly shown how much, but just as a glimpse. Beginners might find it difficult to know exact level. I have observed it in some other videos as well in similar scenarios- experts like you may find it obvious (to know when something is sautéed enough, or what consistency should the gravy have, how fine/coarse to grind something etc), but when someone is trying a recipe for the first time, it would be helpful to show it clearly.
Hi, Can you tell me whats the difference if you do the mustard seasoning initially in the same pan when we start cooking and add ginger garlic and onions? Is there a particular reason oil mustard seasoning is done separately and then adding to the main pan? Thanks

You have added raw okra directly to the curry. I just want to know is that ok?. Pre cooking okra in oil is unnecessary ?

I personally felt a difference in taste and flavour when we do this separately at the end. Always use minimum oil when we do the first seasoning.
Adding mustard seasoning last enchances the flavour of the curry

You did not temper the okra before additig to curry. Most people do that. What do you think?. You do not need that extra step?.

We do the tempering after making the curry. No need to temper before that
