An entire family was even kidnapped from their home in Abuja (the country's capital) last month. From their home! Not on the highway. But, their home! Saddest of all, 11 years and two presidents later, NONE of the recommendations that were made here by the lawyer have been honoured. No amnesty, no state policing, no state of emergency on insecurity, nothing! Arise, o compatriots!
