Out of 11, 5 books are novellas (short novels) It is totally not nesscary to read the novellas at all, it’s your choice if you want to or not. The shatter me only has 6 MAIN books, that you have to read to understand the story, and this is the order: Shatter me (2011) Unravel me (2013) Ignite me (2014) Restore me (2018) Defy me (2019) Imagine me (2020) The novellas consist of the POVS of Adam and Aaron plus what Juliette writes in her diary and her most inner thoughts. It doesn’t affect the main novel’s storyline in anyway whatsoever. But if you wanna read the novellas too, have at it. I would say read the novels ( the one with eyes closed) it shows how the other characters. are viewing something rather then just the main character and I loved reading it cause it opened my eyes abt someone SO read them ( if u want)
I honestly think that any GUY who likes Colleen Hoover should read Family of Liars. It may not be everyone’s favourite, but it showcases your typical book romance, but it ACTUALLY CALLS OUT THE GUYS CRAPPY BEHAVIOUR HALLELUJAH. And his horrible behaviour is acknowledged and examined and ultimately gives you something to think about in how we’re romanticising this crap. And it makes you realise that there are some things relationships don’t come back from. It’s also just a great book anyway.

I’m typically not a fan of books where the entire plot is just: they’ll get together in the end. So I’m not the best person to ask for solely romance suggestions. But if you want I can give you recommendations for less romance focused books that still involve romance? Right now my best suggestion is “They Both Die At The End”

There's a section in the book which shows the title of the book when it ends. When destroy me ends, you will notice because the next page will say "Fracture me" Idk how to explain this, if ur still confused lmk and ill try to explain it better
