Recipe
Filling:
1kg mince beef or use lamb for shepherds pie
2 tbsp corn starch
2 celery sticks (58g)
2 large carrots (375g)
2 onions. (190g)
500ml beef stock
200ml red wine
1 tbsp rosemary
1 tbsp thyme
2 tbsp tomato purée
2 bay leaves
4 garlic cloves minced
2 tbsp oil for beef and veg
Salt and pepper
Topping mash potato:
1200g washed potatoes
350ml milk
125g butter
Salt and pepper
