Unseen elder of course!, a being shrouded in mysterie, ancient and with powers so great that even the greatest monster hunter can't kill it. Other higher vampiers obey him out of fear. You bassicaly have higher vampires, true higher vampires (regis, deatlaf) and all the way on the top there is the unseen elder.
I love how threatening the Unseen is which makes him the coolest for me personally. Regis is my overall favourite vampire ofc but the Unseen is the coolest.
I have a theory that Dettlaff is still alive if you choose to kill him. The game actually provides concrete evidence of the possibility; Regis. Dettlaff regenerated Regis from nothing but a smear of blood. With this in mind, ask why the game puts so much focus on Dettlaff's severed hand. It's to give Regis more than enough of Dettlaff's body to regenerate him. When questioned about the hand, Regis will simply claim that he disposed of it and then swiftly changes the subject. It's my belief that after Regis leaves Toussaint, he will regenerate Dettlaff and calm him by explaining Syanna's betrayal to him while he's regenerating. Note that Regis mentions that he was completely immobile for over a year once he regained consciousness while Dettlaff cared for him. Plenty of time to calm Dettlaff if the roles were reversed.
SPOILER... I'm pretty sure regis killed dettlaff in the end. A higher vampire is truly dead when killed by another higher vampire. Even with his hand still around, I don't think he can regenerate.
Okay I clicked on the video to watch a history of vampires according to the Witcher why is he talking about real world this and that keep that separate it messes up the video dude if you're going to make something about a game just keep it strictly about the game Lore itself
Who is the coolest vampire in the world of The Witcher?
Regis!
I absolutely love Regis & identify most with him in the Witcher universe.
My boy Regis

Regis, Louis Du Pointe De Lac, Blade and Alucard would make a formidable team of vampires fighting for good.
School of The Beer 😂

Man it was a few countries not east russia
It's Serbia, not east Russia..
It is East Prussia
@@OldWitcherNah mate , “Vampir” origins from Serbia.. In fact, It is the only word from Serbian dictionery that is universal.
Ukraine Poland not "east russia"
It is East Prussia, not what you misheard mate
Prussia was a kingdom back in the 1500's- 1700's if I remember correctly. Sandwiched between Russia to the East and the HRE to the West.
