In this clip, Vlad started off speaking about Kenya Barris’ show “Black AF,” which led to Deon Cole detailing being on “Angie Tribeca” with Rasheda Jones. Vlad and Deon went on to speak about never wanting to fly first class before they started making money. However, Deon and Vlad both spoke about how their minds were changed about first class, including being more comfortable, which led to Deon sharing a conversation with Diddy about spending money on comfort. I just flew first class for the first time this past fall. I understand why they feel this way. Everything he’s saying makes sense. I say all the time I pay to be comfortable & for convenience in everything. We work too hard and life’s too short.
Im a constant first row, exit row economy seat rider. Plenty of leg room and space but I always dream about them first class seats so I can get on first and get off first.
I flew first class for the first time a couple weeks ago and as long as the flight is 2 or more hours I'll always check the first class ticket price when I book future flights

I can see the value on a 13 hour flight. But on a 2-3 hour flight just doesn't seem worth it unless you can easily afford it .

That's actually the whole point, so you can have more control of your time.....that's where the brainstorming comes in.....that being said, one still needs a good brain to make good money.....most people don't want to really put in work to live well....that's why the income gets to a certain level, and it won't go higher......it is what it is

Good points about using money to free time and make you comfortable.
Used to fly Southwest out of Midway everywhere to the point I had companion pass 2years straight. However once I left the Chi it was first class thereafter I couldn't go back to coach. It's not about being si-dity more so about making the traveling process as smooth as possible to make sure you're ready to go when you land

This is actually the third time I've heard something like this. The first time was Steve Harvey on his talk show. The second time was Anton Daniels on his podcast. Fly first-class if you can afford it. It's not about stunting or showing off. It's a certain mentality. It's wanting better for yourself. No harm in that.

Facts I hate doing laundry. I’m an OR Nurse and I don’t have time. So I start dropping my whole families laundry in wash and fold. I just started using a cleaning service for my home and why didn’t I start sooner❤

The cleaning service is something I wish I had done so much sooner. Always been made to feel by others like a lazy woman to hire someone to clean my house. I did a groupon 4 hour clean service last year and never looked back. Saves so much time.

It's typically 1-2k per but for short flights it's kind of silly. 2.5 hrs or longer first class is fresh
It took me a while to realize this, because I’m such a frugal person. (Honestly speaking, I really think my frugality stems from growing up in poverty and not wanting to go back).😬
But now that I’m close to 40, comfort matters. My husband built us a home in an area where they cut our grass and shovel our snow for us, so that he doesn’t have to do it.
We have someone who cleans our home, we pay to have our vehicles washed and I enjoy eating out frequently at restaurants, so I don’t have to bother with cooking.
Our time is free to create, build our businesses and TRULY be present with raising our children (10 months and 8 years old).
It’s beautiful being free to be comfortable.😌

A company flew me in business class on a long international flight with Qatar. Since then my income has increased and I have never looked back lol. I still fly coach sometimes, but I agree with them… once you start flying in premium seats or better… you rarely want to stop unless it’s a short flight or you’re low on cash or the ticket is unreasonably expensive. Plus, some airlines have really nice coach seats, so I just choose the better airlines with coach seats to ensure it’s a pleasant flight. HOWEVER, trust that business class or better is worth it.
I really like the advice Diddy gave about being comfortable in life to do the things you love. It just conform a difficult decision I am making.
Me and the wife got a upgrade to First Class, no doubt it was great, unfortunately I can’t afford First Class on every flight, but it’s definitely worth it.

Flying internationally first class actually can save you hours at customs because you’re off the plan first. Strongly suggest it if you go to Costa Rica, Colombia, or the DR.
Puffy's advice is on point. If you the ability to pay for others "to do", then why not? Especially for artist who have to put their energy into creating, being and staying ready.

When you're tall like me, you like first class. These planes seem to get less and less comfortable in coach. It's like they're smaller and trying to pack more people onto the plane.
Man the only flight I ever been on was coach maybe 5 hours & i gotta fool around with the thick flight attendant from Dallas so no complaints from me. Every time she walked up & down the aisle we messed around.
