For Mark 3, it says "Battle Damage". And finally, for Mark 4, it says "Awaiting Upgrade". Cool little details.
I love how comfortable she is with her boss, I think that proves that Tony Stark has a heart, she knew he was a good guy that she can be honest and herself with even when he was acting like a ass.
I forgot, the expo is the last legacy of his father’s that he saw very noteworthy to keep up. He repurposes it but its still at the heart showing the world together as a whole the technology that can lead to a better future.

if we ever do get a faithful live action green arrow movie Tony's personality in here is alot like how Oliver's personality is like in the comics he makes jokes he drinks he's a Playboy but like Tony he started his superhero career later in life so that would be a good blueprint for green arrow instead of just turning him into green batman

When he's just around the house, why doesn't he just use a regular magnet connected to the arc reactor in his pocket or whatever? he can unplug it relativity easily now lol

This little scene shows relationships well too. A guy could literally be dying and still turn it off the moment his girl shows up and process to have a casual witty banter with her while she brings the world down on him for something he messed up
You know Tony you could just make a power supply that uses standard lithium ion for everyday use, I mean you were using a car battery to run the magnet when you were locked up in that cave. To power your Iron Man suit you could just use a separate core to power it, like the Mark II was using later since Rhodey does not have a reactor in his chest and the suit was running just fine.

Its still better than lugging a car battery and if we use that as a basis for how much voltage he would need at a minimum. He could definitely power his heart for like half a day or something. You know the whole core poisoning thing could have been avoided if he turned the other way when that bomb went off. Maybe the shrapnel could’ve been less impactful and not gotten into his blood

At the time of the movie, that kind of surgery could have been a far larger risk than it would have been a success. Its only during the end events of Iron Man 3 that he has the shrapnel removed. In a similar vain to what happens in the comics, it eventually gets removed when surgical tech got good enough for the shrapnel.
