I rode Velocicoaster and Hagrids for the first time two days ago and wow I loved both of them! I did not expect a drop on Hagrids I screamed so loud and Velocicoaster was so intense I was so scared but loved every moment of it!
Agrred velocicoaster is so much fun and scary worth the wait of 45 minets. Universal is so good about making there wait lines fun and epic. When we were there we got suck in the cat and the hat ride and stoped 6 times my first real evacuation of a ride
I went to Universal Orlando last year and both Hagrid’s and Velocicoaster were the best Rollercoasters I’ve ever ridden. That’s coming from a rollercoaster fan that grew up near Six Flags. Escape from Gringotts was equally fun and had some great surprises but agree it’s more a dark ride.
I was just there for my birthday this past weekend and you’re right hagrids and velocicoaster were genuinely the funnest rides I’ve ever been on! Hagrids is an amazing experience all together and velocicoaster was so good with all the spirals!

Just rode Hagrids and Velocicoaster for the first time yesterday . Hagrids was great! Totally taken by surprise with the launches and the drop. Velocicoaster was absolutely insane, the speed , the direction changes I mean everything was mind blowing.

mine was the velocicoaster.. not the best way, i was DRAGGED on like my siblings pulled me and so i had no choice but god damn i kinda like rollercoasters and my limbs felt like spaghetti 😵💫
I went to universal a few weeks ago without having any idea what each ride was going to do. We had the express pass so we were able to ride a lot of rides. Not knowing was was going to happen enhanced my experience so much more. Especially the velocicoaster. One of the best rollercoasters I’ve been on.
I've done all of these rides multiple times and love them all, but the Velocicoaster is my absolute favorite. I really like the fact that there are NO slow moments. The near misses around the rockwork are awesome, the accelerations are intense, the floater air time at the top of the top hat combined with the view and the perfectly-timed music are amazing, but man oh man that zero-g stall and the mososaurus roll are bigtime adrenaline rushes -- especially since you only have a lap bar. The roll especially feels like the coaster is trying to throw you into the lake. And at night, it's even better. Wow what a ride!
@@_Starzy_ The most intense part of the Rip Ride Rockit is that straight up lift hill, but that ride technically doesn't have any inversions and its top speed is more than 10 mph slower than VelociCoaster. RRR also has four break runs before the end whereas VelociCoaster has NONE. And of course VC only has lap bars, no over-the-shoulder restraints, so you really feel that stall and the heartline roll at the end.
Just road it for the first time last night and it was at night. My mind was blown fav part was the last barrel roll just before the right handed turn at the end. Legit felt like my head was a foot off the water.
I never got to go on the Velocicaster, but The Incredible Hulk Coaster was amazing. My family and I got a personal walk-on onto the ride, just because I was incredibly fearful. The worker there told me "if you (I) go on it then you (me) and your (my) family ." I said yes, and we went straight through the metal detectors, and into an elevator. They even let us choose our row! It was an "incredible" experience. Thank you to all the Universal staff, and thank you TPMVIDS for continuing to make such awesome videos!
That’s so sweet! At some point I probably had a similar experience, but I probably wasn’t at Orlando. Actually, I don’t know if I’ve ever gone to Orlando, since over here in California we don’t have some of those rides! They sound fun to go on, but if you ever come to Universal Studios Hollywood in California, definitely go on the Harry Potter Castle ride. It isn’t a rollercoaster, but is equally fun. And try The Mummy! It’s one of my favorites.
i was shocked at how amazing hagrid's ride was. just wow! it's so difficult to explain. the hulk will *always* be my favorite. before i get on it, i like to stand on that bridge and listen to it roar a few times before getting in line lol 💚

This videos made me miss this theme park so much 🥲. I been to this park only 13 times in my life being 2017 the last time I was there. I’m 30 years old and from Illinois so being able to go there along with the Disney Parks in Orlando was for sure a treat for us. Hopefully I can come back here again soon as my wife has never been to Orlando
I was able to ride Velocicoaster and Hagrid for the first time in March and my goodness I could not have had more fun than ever. Amazing rides both of them!
My favorite thrill ride is Hagrid‘s motorbike adventure, I think it’s really fun exhilarating!! The drop and speed ups are my favorite parts of the ride. I also love Velocicoaster and love the theming as well as the accelerations. They, as in all the rides there are so, so fun and waiting in the lines for all of them are worth it for sure!! I am so glad Universal has the Harry Potter stuff. 😀😁🙃🙂
I was there in October and got to ride all of these. World class coasters in a world class park. Tip for Velocicoaster, the line stretched all the way to the entrance when I rode and it was only a 30 minute wait. My family and I went to the single rider queue and the employee told us it would probably be longer to wait in that so we took their advice and they were 100% correct. The crews operating that ride are incredible and deserve some sort of award. They somehow manage to be incredibly fast, friendly and helpful, and on top of that they seem to be having a great time doing it. Enough can not be said about how great they are!!
I loved this park when I went here! I just had my senior trip a few weeks ago, and Velocicoaster helped me conquer my long-standing childhood fear of roller-coasters. It was a great time, and this was a great video!
Only been to Universal once maybe 20 years ago & its good to know I've been on & remember the 2nd fastest ride even in 2022....I thought Hulk would be old news by now.
The launches on Velocicoaster seemed so much more intense then on hagrids adventure. Also the cold que line of Velocicoaster is so much better. Also, although Gringotts is slower, it feels scary when the track tilts.
Idk why but the frist time I went on that ride I was not paying attention when we were walking to the ride but second time after I had watched Harry Potter I was terrified because of the first drop my dad said I was like super scared he was right tho but It’s a Harry Potter ride I made an exception
After having just gone to universal with the band from my school, I definitely stepped out of my usual comfort zone with rides. I had so much on velocicoaster. I was riding with my sectino leader, my boyfriend, and two of my other friends and I kinda feel bad for any one that rode with us bc all you could hear was us swearing half the time because none of us had ridden it before because of how new it was and some of us hadn't even been before (last time I was was 10 years ago sooo...). We rode that twice, and on our second time we grabbed another one of our friends who just barely reached the height requirement. We also rode the hulk 3 times in the two day span we were at universal (we spent the two days before at disney) and two of those times were within the span of an hour. I honestly was more scared for it then I was for the velocicoaster because of just how much my section leader talked about how intense it was but it honestly wasn't and I loved it so much.
Velocicoaster scared the hell out of me 😆You keep lifting out of your seat numerous times, and that to me is the worst part! The Hulk coaster seemed tame after that experience!
Escape from Gringotts is really fun. It does sometimes have a tendency to stop in the middle of the ride. At least that happened quite a lot with my family. I think it just has some small technical issues sometimes. They might’ve gotten that mostly fixed from the last time I was there bc it’s been a few years
Mummy is one of my fav rides ever- the second drop is so cool- but all of it is pretty cool. Steel curtain at Kennywood was also really good and incredibly smooth- thanks to its wide track and being new- but we only rode it once and when we did the car got stuck on the station before departing for a good 10+ min. Then it just started up again. Ride directors didn’t tell us anything.
Just rode Velocicoaster today. I felt my soul leave my body, then come back into my body, then leave again. The name fits PERFECTLY with how intense and intimidating that roller coaster is!! (In my opinion)
I rode Velocicoaster as my first ever rollercoaster no knowing what I was getting myself into. Let's just say I was extremely overwhelmed. But def would recommend it was amazing but for a first timer that was crazy.

The Mummy and The Hulk are absolute classics! The Mummy will always be my favorite, but I'd be interested in returning to the theme park one day to try out the new Velocicoaster. I used to go annually, but I haven't been since 2017 when Dueling Dragons was still there (miss it!).
I got back from Florida about a month ago and I have to admit that VelociCoaster was the most intense but best ride of my holiday. I live in the U.K. and it was my fourth time I’ve been to Florida. So amazing
The Hulk is my favorite rollercoaster to this day, and I’m someone who’s scared of rollercoasters! Seeing it as number 2 on the list made me realize I should be able to handle any other on the list. We’ll see what happens this summer when I go to Universal 😂
That view at 13:07 is my favorite view of the whole park. Before the coaster was there, I would just stare at the jp building because it made me feel like I was in the movie. I love universal, it’s such a great park

It’s an interesting feeling to see Flight of the Hippogriff on this list. I’m a Flight of the Hippogriff team member, and I never considered it a fast ride. It’s so cool seeing my venue on here, though!
I rode Hulk and VelociCoaster yesterday. I was terrified on The Hulk, but I rode VelociCoaster at night and loved it. I also rode Flight of the Hippogriff. I was like “This is a nice family coaster,” but I had to put up with my mom screaming the whole way. She HATES roller coasters. I also rode Hagrid’s Motorbike, but the rain was pelting me the whole way, and I got soaked. I have no regrets.
As a 15 year old who has been going to Disney world most of my childhood and just went to Universal for the first time this weekend for my birthday, I have only been on 4 roller coasters in Universal Orlando with that being revenge of the mummy, flight of the hippogriff, Harry Potter and the escape from gringots, and hagrids motorbike adventure (with that being my favorite one). I was too scared to do the hulk cause it goes upside down (I just watched my parents do it lol) and my whole family refused to do rip ride Rockit and the Velocicoaster.
Velocicoaster was amazing, the team members sold it to me as I was scared of the drop but it was amazing, rock it was just insane also and Hagrids was amazingly unexpected! I also LOVED the hulk, in my opinion universal is way better then any other theme park in Orlando due to their coasters and simulators! Amazing coasters and team members !!!
Can I ask something I'm going to universal in April and I wna go to the rides with the loops but I'm scared. Do you know what the feeling is when your upside down in the loop or is it safe?
I just went to universal studios Orlando and I rode the Velocicoaster and it was super fast, it.started out fast and it was even faster when it was going up the thing I screamed the whole way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was the best experience!!!!!

just so you know most universal attractions require you to put your things in a locker. if the ride does require it, there will always be free lockers to use for the duration of the ride!
Hagrid's is my favorite ride at Universal Orlando! Velocicoaster would be better if I didn't feel like I was going to fly out of my seat the whole time...scary but at least I can say that I rode it (never again though) lol.
I been on a few last year in my opinion without being able to get on the Hulk due to weather while me and my sister was in the line the velocoaster was definitely the best coaster I ever been on
Just visited both these parks last weekend and I can say without a doubt the velocicoaster is the craziest coaster I’ve ever road, the second boost into the top hat is CRAZY.
I haven't been since 2013 and im finally going again in a few months (10 years later !!) and i am SOOOO excited! i was young when i went so there is a lot of new stuff
I wish it was still free to get lockers. Sadly they made them for 2.00$. Here’s the catch: if you close it you have to pay AGAIN to re-open it! Unbelievable. Considering being a Canadian it cost more money to buy American money. Not ideal.
This week for my 15th bday my first rollercoaster was slinky dog dash at Disneys Hollywood Studios and second was the hagrid motorcycle ride and i will proudly say that should not be your first two rollercoasters

I’m 14 and I really appreciated the Incredible Hulk ride. It was themed great and the overall ride was really fun. I would recommend it to all!!

Hagreds is surprisingly tame, I hate any big coaster but this one was super easy

The Hagrid bike ride is sooo fun! You don't even have to be a Potterhead to love it. I highly recommend it.

My little brother passed out in the velocicoaster, its so intense and so scary at the same time that is amazing
The Hulk is my favorite rollercoaster to this day, and I’m someone who’s scared of rollercoasters! Seeing it as number 2 on the list made me realize I should be able to handle any other on the list. We’ll see what happens this summer when I go to Universal 😂
That view at 13:07 is my favorite view of the whole park. Before the coaster was there, I would just stare at the jp building because it made me feel like I was in the movie. I love universal, it’s such a great park

Definitely my new favorite is Velocicoaster but I also love the three major Harry Potter's rides
I rode Hulk and VelociCoaster yesterday. I was terrified on The Hulk, but I rode VelociCoaster at night and loved it. I also rode Flight of the Hippogriff. I was like “This is a nice family coaster,” but I had to put up with my mom screaming the whole way. She HATES roller coasters. I also rode Hagrid’s Motorbike, but the rain was pelting me the whole way, and I got soaked. I have no regrets.
Only 2 days before Velosacoaster opened I got to be a test rider. I loved it so much I almost cried because it was such an amazing ride.
As a 15 year old who has been going to Disney world most of my childhood and just went to Universal for the first time this weekend for my birthday, I have only been on 4 roller coasters in Universal Orlando with that being revenge of the mummy, flight of the hippogriff, Harry Potter and the escape from gringots, and hagrids motorbike adventure (with that being my favorite one). I was too scared to do the hulk cause it goes upside down (I just watched my parents do it lol) and my whole family refused to do rip ride Rockit and the Velocicoaster.
I’m convinced that Hagrid’s is the hardest ride to operator. So much going on!
Listen, I was scared of these at first. But then I loved them after!
I wanted go there someday in the future. Coolest amusement park ever.

Velocicoaster was amazing, the team members sold it to me as I was scared of the drop but it was amazing, rock it was just insane also and Hagrids was amazingly unexpected! I also LOVED the hulk, in my opinion universal is way better then any other theme park in Orlando due to their coasters and simulators! Amazing coasters and team members !!!
Can I ask something I'm going to universal in April and I wna go to the rides with the loops but I'm scared. Do you know what the feeling is when your upside down in the loop or is it safe?

I went last year at the peak of my hp obsession, and the first drop in escape from gringotts was amazing
I just went to universal studios Orlando and I rode the Velocicoaster and it was super fast, it.started out fast and it was even faster when it was going up the thing I screamed the whole way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was the best experience!!!!!
I have never been to Universal Studios so this is why I’m looking at these too see how the rides are!

I went on the OG Hulk ride back in 2004, will have to check out the revamped version when i'm there next weekend.

just so you know most universal attractions require you to put your things in a locker. if the ride does require it, there will always be free lockers to use for the duration of the ride!
Hagrid's is my favorite ride at Universal Orlando! Velocicoaster would be better if I didn't feel like I was going to fly out of my seat the whole time...scary but at least I can say that I rode it (never again though) lol.
I been on a few last year in my opinion without being able to get on the Hulk due to weather while me and my sister was in the line the velocoaster was definitely the best coaster I ever been on
I went to Universal studios and islands of adventure a couple weeks ago and rode velocicaster and now it's my favorite ride in the world

Just visited both these parks last weekend and I can say without a doubt the velocicoaster is the craziest coaster I’ve ever road, the second boost into the top hat is CRAZY.
I haven't been since 2013 and im finally going again in a few months (10 years later !!) and i am SOOOO excited! i was young when i went so there is a lot of new stuff

I wish it was still free to get lockers. Sadly they made them for 2.00$. Here’s the catch: if you close it you have to pay AGAIN to re-open it! Unbelievable. Considering being a Canadian it cost more money to buy American money. Not ideal.

This week for my 15th bday my first rollercoaster was slinky dog dash at Disneys Hollywood Studios and second was the hagrid motorcycle ride and i will proudly say that should not be your first two rollercoasters
Revenge of the Mummy was my first coaster and still one of my very favorites.

When I went to Universal Orlando, me and my family hit The Hulk first and we happened to get front row seats. My dad was terrified but I had a blast up front.

Honestly the hill is probably my favorite. You can constantly re-ride it. It gets busy but never as busy as hagrids or velocicoaster
