One of the biggest flaw/ feature of this dash cam is - Each recording clipping is of 1 min only. Which means, all recordings are saved in files of 1 min and you can view the recordings one after the other. It is not going to be a one-full video recording saved on memory card while you use 70Mai Smart Dash Cam. I can't understand why it was developed in this way, I can't understand why isn't anyone mentioning this while they upload review video.

Videos will be recorded in a split of 1 min. only , and it will not be random , it records all the time when your car is on; this makes easy to search any clip on any day or time. If you want to continues video then you need to join using video editor in pc or mobile.

I had no problem with the plastic anti-static that came it. I just made sure my windshield is clean and not oily. I move it from one vehicle to the next by just removing the plastic from the windshield. Saves me the headache of scraping/scratching the windshield when i sell the car later on.

The fact that it is difficult to take it out of the GPS mount before leaving my car makes it unusable for me. How can you design this camera to be left on the windshield all the time? What if you park on the street? They've broken into my car to steal a TomTom before, a backpack...even for a jacket. Now I can't mount this because I can't unmount it. Ridiculous.

Used for almost 10-11 months, internal battery not charging . Very hard to find a replacement battery for this dash cam, couldnt find in online stores .3.7v 500 mah battery with pcm connector.really upset
Tech Virus , yes it works with direct usb power. Issue is that as the internal battery is damaged , parking mode wont funtion, more over the dash cam ask for setting the time every time you turn the ignition key on, really annoying

Parking mode is like - It will record for 1 min if any major motion is detected in front of camera. It will work as long as battery is there in the camera.. normally it can be alive for 4-5 days even when car is not used.
Once you turn off the car it goes into parking surveillance mode.. and when any movement happens or any push or bang happens to the car it will start the recording for 1 min and then stops automatically.
Sumit singh Bais Amazon also does not give any warranty. It directs u to the manufacturer and manufacture will refuse. So if u buy directly from China it is ok.
The video recording quality must be really great, untill I saw the "ALPHA", I did not realize that this is the very road I take daily on my way to office :) EC, BLR ;)

You need to order small gps module and then clip it on the camera , but I would not suggest to buy it as it only helps in lane assistance and checks front car . It does not detects speed.

It seems like camera does not have Polarizing filter, hence the glare on windscreen.

@@deepaknayak2 You should be able to remove it.. just remove everything, like complete sticker. Then buy a 3M dual side tape and fix it.
