If the MC is genuine and mature enough for the visa lodgement, then it shouldn’t take more than 3 months I guess. But it’s always better to ask an expert which I am not. Hello la,
    In case visa all accepted n we don't have anyone we know well there how to stay there ?
    As I have some frens there are we allowed yo staying them is it allowed there la as per rules

    • @LhadeayPema
      @LhadeayPema  2 года назад +1

      Staying for few days might be okay. But it poses risks to the the one who is allowing you to stay if it’s for long duration. Because here in Australia by rule it’s not allowed to share the rooms like we do in Bhutan…here even the kids need to have their own separate bedroom. people rent the house according to the number of heads in a family. For example, If u have kids and u may want 1 bedroom 1 kitchen 1 toilet, but you are unlikely to get a house. And if you are single you can get single room house or apartment. If u don’t have anyone here in Australia then, discuss that too with ur agent, that might be of some help. Or you can contact Bhutanese association of Australia (state)and give a try to seek for help. But I am not sure how much they provide such services….
      Anyways good luck.

      No, i don’t think it’s true. People are only making assumptions. Do we get refund for semester fee and OHSC if visa is rejected?

    • @LhadeayPema

      Yes. In case ur student visa is refused and you have asked for withdrawal from the course (if the course hasn’t commenced yet), you must get a refund for semester and OSHC fees, only the visa application fees won’t be refunded. But the college/university will refund u with a partial deduction of around 5% (maybe they take it as an administrative service charge🤔)
