This is really quite a good video. For some unknown reason it's very difficult to find good videos of medieval churches, and the beauty of Wells really shines through here. If you enjoyed visiting Wells, might I suggest Exeter Cathedral? I'd love to see a video if you do.
Thanks. Provably you know my Churches/Cathedral/Abbey play list? ruclips.net/video/PEkKYaBw-S8/видео.html I will visit Exeter Cathedral as soon as I can.
This is my 'local' cathedral: and Sir Simon Jenkins (England's Best Cathedrals) regards it as the finest of his 'Three Graces' (Wells, Lincoln and Ely). Alone in the UK, England has cathedrals which are the equal of anything Europe can offer; probably because of the Norman invasion in 1066.
@@VisitPlaces The building certainly is. It's a shame the current Dean & Chapter (and, perhaps, the Bishop) have no idea how Christianity differs from Islam!
@@Mark_Dyer1 I read the bible, and I know plenty of things about religions. The 3 religions, Judaism, Catholicism, and Islam, believe in the same god. Judes only in what is in old testament, Christians in what is in old and new, and muslins in what is in old, new and coran. For exemple musilms believe in Christ like you, but they think that was just a prophet, no the son/a god.

Thanks for your videos! I had never heard of the churches you visited in Armenia and Georgia. They are really interesting
