This is a beautiful video. What were the accommodations like? I am considering this trip but information on the Intrepid website about the accommodations is vague, which is a little concerning. I am not seeking 5 star hotels but I would like a realistic sense of where we’ll be staying.
Thank you! The accomodation was better than I'd anticipated (honestly my expectations were quite low). Think basic 3 star accomodation but clean and comfortable. I would make sure you mentally prepare for the overnight train though, because that was definitely an experience!

Also visit Lakshadweep, Andaman and Nicobar Island . Must visit Darjeeling hill station, Gangtok, Guwahati and Cherapunji in North East India. Don't forget to visit Pune, Ahmedabad, Sambhaji Nagar (Aurangabad) . And even Sardar sarovar Dam which has world's Tallest statue in Gujarat (Must visit). India is very diverse and apart from Taj Mahal there are too many UNESCO World Heritage sites present in India. We will wait to see your visits on those places.
